Claims (10)

  1. 산화에 의하여 CVD 시스템에 개스배출물을 연속 처리하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 배출개스는 불활성 운반개스에 의하여 흡인되어 예열된 산화개스와 잘 혼합된 후 회화하기에 충분한 시간동안 충분한 온도에서 접촉 유지되어 산화생성물은 열교환에 의하여 응축되도록 냉각되고 고체산화생성물은 집적되고 잔류개스는 세정되어 개스흐름에 따라 급격한 압력강하가 생기는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화에 의하여 CVD 시스템의 개스배출물을 연속처리하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제와 배출물의 혼합은 개스 소용돌이에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화에 의하여 CVD 시스템의 개스배출물을 연속처리하기 위한 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주입된 배출물은 불활성 개스로 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화에 의하여 CVD 시스템의 개스배출물을 연속처리하기 위한 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개스배출물은 산화제와 혼합되기전에 운반개스의 흐름에 의하여 묽어지고 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화에 의하여 CVD 시스템의 개스 배출물을 연속처리하기 위한 방법.
  5. 무기수화물, 무기할로겐화합물, 개스유기화합물, 가연성 유기화합물로 구성된 개스배출물의 혼합물을 재화하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 산화개스를 예열하기 위하여 산화개스입구, 버너, 고온의 산화 개스 출구가 제공된 적어도 하나의 챔버로 구성되고, 고온의 산화개스와 개스배출물을 혼합하기 위한 챔버에는 고온의 산화개스입구, 배출물을 주입하기 위한 노즐, 혼합하기 위한 수단, 혼합물 출구개구부가 제공되고, 회화실에는 혼합물용 입구가 제공되고, 고체물질 집적기에는 개스의 유동방향으로 연속적인 압력강하를 일으키고 회화로부터 배출물을배출하기 위한 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스배출물의 혼합물을 회화하기 위한 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 예비혼합실에는 개스 소용돌이를 발생시키기 위한 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스배출물의 혼합물을 회화하기 위한 장치.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 예비 혼합실은 실린더형이고, 고온의 산화개스 입구 파이프는 개스배출물용 주입노즐에 대체로 수직하고, 노즐의 주입방향은 예비혼합실의 축에 평행하지만 일치하지 않고, 상기 파이프의 방향은 예비혼합실의 축과 교차하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스배출물의 혼합물을 회화하기 위한 장치.
  8. 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주입노즐은 이중 동축 유동노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 개스배출물의 혼합물을 회화하기 위한 장치.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각구역은 냉각벽을 갖는 열교환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 개스배출물의 혼합물을 회화하기 위한 장치.
  10. 제5항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력강하를 발생시키기 위한 수단은 특히 예비혼합식과 회화실 사이 그리고 회화실과 냉각구역 사이에 스로틀 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스배출물의 혼합물을 회화하기 위한 장치.
