Claims (2)
- 가동부가 소정량 이동할때마다 발생하는 피이드백 펄스수와 펄스 분배기로부터 발생하는 지령펄스의 수의 차를 연산하여 기억하는 수단을 설치하고 그 차가 영이 되도록 모우터를 제어하는 구성의 수치 제어장치에 의한 측정방식에 있어서, 검출기로부터 발생하는 검출 펄스를 상기 수단에 의하여 계수시키고 이 수단의 계수치를 판독하여 펄스 분배기에 지령하고 펄스 분배기로부터 발생하는 분배 펄스의 수와 검출 펄스수의 차를 상기 수단에 의하여 연산 기억시키고 상기 계수치와 같은 수의 분배 펄스가 발생할때마다 상기 수단의 내용을 판독하여 펄스 분배기에 지령함과 동시에 상기 수단으로부터 판독한 계수치의 총합계를 연산함으로써 발생한 검출 펄스의 총수를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치에 의한 측정방식.
- 제1항에 있어서, 검출기로부터 발생하는 검출 펄스와 피이드백 펄스의 일방을 상기 수단에 선택적으로 출력하는 절환 수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치에 의한 측정방식.
