제 1 도는 본 발명방법을 실시하는 시스템을 1예를 나타낸 블록도.

Claims (6)

  1. 각각 독립하는 프로그램으로 구동제어 되는 복수의 가동부를 가지는 공작기계를 수치제어할 때의 공구충돌 방지방법은 이하의 스템을 포함한다 ; 상기한 각 가동부의 이동 궤적을 실 가공에 앞서 시뮬레어션하여 표시하는 스텝 ; 가동부간에서 간섭이 발생하였을 때에 앞서 이동시키는 가동부와 정지시키는 가동부를 설정하는 스텝 ; 상기 각 프로그램에 대한 코드를 삽입하면서 가동부에서의 간섭을 회피한 프로그램으로 수정하는 스텝.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 대합코드에 의하여, 상기 가동부의 일시 정지시간을 지정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 충돌방지 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가동부를 구동 제어하는 프로그램에 대하여, 가동부 상호간의 간섭이 제거될때까지 소정의 대합코드를 삽입하고 혹은 삭제하여 수정을 계속하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 충돌방지 방법.
  4. 각각 독립의 프로그램으로 구동제어하는 복수의 공구의 충돌을 자동적으로 방지하는 공구 충돌 방지장치는, 이하의 것을 포함한다 ; 상기의 공구를 가지며 수치제어되는 공작기계 ; 그 공작기계의 가동부의 이동 궤적을 표시하는 시물레이터 ; 그 가동부간에 간섭이 발생하였을 때 앞서 이동시키는 가동부와 정지시키는 가동부를 설정하는 설정수단 ; 상기의 프로그램에 대합코드를 삽입하고 혹은 삭제하는 프로그램 수정수단.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 시물레이터는 가동부에 설치한 공구 선단의 이동 궤적을 묘화표시하는 표시수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 공구 충돌 방지방법.
  6. 제 4 항또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 설정수단에 의한 가동부간에서의 우선도는, 간섭이 발생할 때마다 선택하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 공구 충돌 방지방법.
