Claims (6)

  1. 공작기계의 가동부를 소정의 격자점 위치에 복귀시키기 위하여 그 가동부를 구동하는 구동 수단을 그 구동수단이 격자점 간격분만큼 구동되는 사이에 복수 발생시키는 피드백펄스에 따라서 제어하는 가동부의 복귀 제어법에 있어서, 그 소정의 격자점 위치로 부터 그 격자점 간격이내 떨어진 위치를 지정함과 동시에 그 지정 위치와 그 가동부의 현재 위치와의 편차를 구하는 스텝과, 그 편차와 그 피드백 펄스에 의하여 그 구동 수단을 구동하여 그 가동부를 그 지령 위치에 위치 결정하는 스텝과, 그 구동 수단을 저속도로 구동하여 그 저속 구동 개시 후 최초의 격자점 위치에서 그 가동부를 정지시키는 스텝을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동부의 원점 복귀 제어법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 편차를 구하는 스텝과 전기 가동부를 현재 위치를 전기 피드백 펄스에 의하여 구하는 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동부의 원점복귀 제어법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 소정의 격자점 위치가 원점인 것을 특징으로 하는 가동부의 원점 복귀 제어법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 위치 결정 스텝은 전기 편차로 부터 전기 피드백펄스수를 감산하는 스텝과 그 감산된 값에 따라서 그 구동수단을 구동하는 스텝을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동부의 원점 복귀 제어법.
  5. 공작 기계의 가동부를 소정의 격자점 위치에 복귀시키기 위하여 그 가동부를 구동하는 구동 수단을 엔코더로 부터 그 구동수단이 격자점 만큼 구동되는 사이에 복수 발생되는 피드 백펄스에 따라서 제어하는 가동부의 복귀 제어장치에 있어서, 그 가동부의 현재 위치를 검출하는 현재 위치 카운터와, 그 소정의 격자점 위치로부터 그 격자점 간격이내 떨어진 위치를 지정함과 동시에 그 지정 위치와 그 현재위 카운터의 현재 위치와의 편차를 출력하는 제어장치와, 그 편차와 그 피드백 펄스와의 차에 의하여 그 구동 수단을 구동함과 동시에 그 차가 영이 되었을 때 전기 제어장치에 저속도 신호를 출력시키는 구동회로와, 그 저속구동 개시후 최초의 격자점 위치에서 그 가동부를 정지시키기 위하여 그 제어 장치에 그 저속도 신호의 출력을 금지하는 금지회로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동부의 원점복귀 제어장치.
