제1도는 중공플럭 및 팽창공구를 가진 열교환기 튜브의 부분적 종단면도.
제2,2a도는 팽창작동 전후에 본 발명에 의한 중공플럭을 가진 열교환튜브의 각각 반단면도(half section).
제3,3a,4 및 4a도는 제2,2a도의 실시예를 개량한 또다른 반단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 팽창방법에 의해 예정된 팽창영역에서 열교환기튜브와 마찰접합(fric tional joing)을 하는 열교환기용 튜브 폐쇄용 중공플럭에 있어서, 상기 팽창영역의 중공플럭외면은 서로 다른 표면강도(surface hardeness)와, 상기 열교환기튜브의 경도이상의 더큰 표면경도를 가진 부분의 경도와, 그 경도이하의 더작은 표면경도를 가진 부분의 경도와 릴리프 패턴(relief pattern)을 가지며 더큰 표면경도를 가진 부분의 표면경도를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 중공플럭.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공플럭(4)이 그 원통부(7)에 있어서, 팽창영역보다 더 길고, 팽창영역의 외면이 원통부(7)의 잔여외면보다 마찰팽창접합의 변형과정양 만큼 더큰 직경을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 중공플럭.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 더 큰 표면경도를 갖는 팽창영역의 부분은 그 해당하는 경도와 조도(roughness)의 재질을 응용시켜 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 중공플럭.
  4. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 더큰 표면강도를 갖는 팽창영역의 부분은 간극있는 스프링고리(13)로 된 것이며, 중공플럭의 원통부(7)의 요홈(14)에 배치되어 있고 열교환기튜브(1)의 내벽을 향한 쪽에 릴리프 패턴(relief pattern)(15)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 중공플럭.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스프링고리(13)는 열교환기튜브(1)의 내벽으로부터 멀리 대향한 쪽에도 역시 릴리프패턴(15a)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 상기 중공플럭.
  6. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 더큰 표면경도를 갖는 팽창영역의 부분은 밀접하게 감은 스프링와이어(16)로 되어 있고, 중공원통부(7)의 요홈(17)에 배치되며, 스프링와이어 그자체가 릴리프 패턴을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 중공플럭.
