Claims (20)

  1. 제1부재와 제2부재 사이의 가스흐름을 억제시키기 위하여 제1부재가, 제2부재와 협동하는 팁을 갖는 적어도 하나의 밀봉 납을 포함하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부에 있어서, 팁에는 팁과 결합하는 세라믹 또는 금속탄화물 피복이 제공되며, 이 피복의 표면이 다수의 레이저-형성 저지부를 가지며 제2부재내로 끼어들 수 있는 내마모성의 절삭표면을 제공해 줌을 특징으로 하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 팁에는, 제2부재에 대해서 팁의 운동방향으로 뻗어있는 적어도 하나의 나이프에지가 형성되며, 나이프에지의 표면은 표면에 결합된 피복을 가지며, 피복의 표면에 다수의 레이저-형성 저지부를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 레이저-형성 저지부의 형성전의 피복의 두께가 0.5 내지 100 밀임을 특징으로 하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 레이저-형성 저지부의 형성전의 피복의 두께가 2-15밀임을 특징으로 하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 레이저-형성 저지부의 깊이가 2 내지 200 미크론의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부.
  6. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 저지부가 인접한 저지부들 사이의 실질적으로 균일한 간격을 갖는 무작위패턴으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부.
  7. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 레이저-형성 저지부의 스크린이 인치당 80 내지 800 저지부의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부.
  8. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 레이저-형성 저지부는 표면의 50% 내지 90%를 차지하며, 저지부들 사이의 랜드 영역은 표면의 나머지 50% 내지 10%를 자치함을 특징으로 하는 회전식 가스 밀봉부.
  9. 블레드와 밀봉표면 사이에 밀봉을 형성하기 위하여 밀봉표면과 협동하도록 만들어진 팁표면과, 팁표면에 결합된 세라믹 또는 금속탄화물 피복을 가지며, 이 피복이 다수의 레이저-형성 저지부를 가지고 이 피복이 밀봉표면으로 끼어들 수 있는 내마모성 절삭표면을 제공하여 줌을 특징으로 하는 터어빈 또는 압축기 블레이드.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 팁에는 밀봉표면에 대하여 팁의 운동방향으로 뻗어있는 적어도 하나의 나이프에지가 형성되며, 나이프에지의 표면은 이 표면에 결합된 피복과 피복 표면에 다수의 레이저-형성 저지부를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 터어빈 또는 압축기 블레이드.
  11. 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 팁표면에 결합된 피복은 세라믹 또는 금속탄화물 피복임을 특징으로 하는 터어빈 또는 압축기 블레이드.
