제1도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 기기의 같은 크기의 분해도를 나타낸다. 제2도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 기기의 또 다른 형태를 나타낸다.
Claims (15)
- 용액이 소수성 물질로된 다공성 막의 한 면과 접촉되어있고, 수성 액체가 이 막의 반대편 면과 접촉되는 것으로 이루어지는, 염소를 함유하고 있는 알카리 금속 염화물 용액의 탈염소화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 막이 필름 또는 쉬트 형태인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 막의 필름 또는 쉬트의 두께가 1-1000 마이크론의 밤위내에 있는 방법.
- 제1항부터 제3항 까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 막의 다공도가 10%-90%의 범위내에 있는 방법.
- 제1항부터 제4항 까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 막의 소수성 물질이 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성된 방법.
- 제1항 부터 제5항 까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 1격막이 그곳으로 염소를 함유하고 있는 수성 알카리 금속 염화물 용액의 충전을 위한 방법 및 그곳으로부터 탈염소화된 수성 알카리 금속염화물 용액을 제거하기 위한 방법으로 제공되고, 제2 격막이 그곳으로 수성 액체를 충진시키고 그곳으로부터 염소를 함유한 수성액체를 제거하기 위해 제공된, 다공성 막에 의해 분리되는 한쌍의 격막으로 구성된 기기내에서 행해지는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기기의 격막이 다공성 막의 수직방향으로 0.2-10㎜의 디멘젼을 갖는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 염소를 함유하고 있는 수성알카리 금속염화물 용액과 수성액체가 기기를 통하여 서로 역방향으로 흐르는 방법.
- 제6항부터 제7항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 쌍의 격막중 제1 격막이 다공성 막에 의하여 제2격막과 분리되는 다수의 쌍의 격막으로 구성된 기기내에서 행해지는 벙법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 한쌍의 격막중 제1격막이 통해있고 제2격막이 또한 통해있는 방법.
- 제6항부터 제9항 까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기기가 압축 필터 형태를 갖는 방법.
- 제9항부터 제11항 까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염소을 함유하고 있는 수성알카리 금속염화물 용액이 제1격막을 통하여 통과되고 이어서 탈염소화된 수성알카리 금속염화물 용액이 그곳으로부터 제거되고, 수성 액체가 제2 격막을 통해 통과하고 이어 염소를 함유하는 수성액체가 그곳으로부터 제거되는 방법.
- 제1항부터 제12항 까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성액체가 물인 방법.
- 제1항부터 제12항 까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성용액이 수성알카리 금속염화물 용액인 방법.
- 제1항부터 제14항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 70℃~95℃의 범위내에 조작되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
