Claims (17)

  1. (i)(a)다음 구조식(1)의 최소한 하나의 2차 아민;
    R1R2NH
    (1)
    식중, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르고 아미노-또는 보호된 아미노-C2-6알킬, 임의 치환 C1-18알킬 또는 C5-8사이클로알킬이거나 R1및 R2에 부착된 질소원자와 함께 임의치환 5원, 6원 또는 7원 복소환식 그룹을 표시하는데, 각 경우에 임의 치환체는 하나 이상의 C1-4알킬 그룹, C1-4알콕시 그룹 또는 하이드록시 그룹임
    (b)임의로 다음 구조식(2)의 1차 아민

    (f)모노에폭사이드로부터 유도된 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리아민 또는 1차 아민에 대한 임의 캡핑 단위로부터 유도된 단위를 갖는 겔화되지 않은 아민-에폭사이드 반응 생성물;
    (ii)디올 및/또는 트리올; 다음 구조식(3)을 갖는 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 우레톤이민 유도체의 혼합물.
    (구조식(3)화합물은 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 우레톤이민 유도체의 혼합물이 상온에서 액체인 양으로 존재) 및 모노알콜이나 카프롤락탐으로부터 유도된 혼합한 생성물인, 아민-에폭사이드 반응 생성물에 대한 가교제; 및 (iii)본 조성물에 대한 수성 담체로 구성되는 피복조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아민 에폭사이드가 다음 구조식(10)을 갖는 조성물.

    식중, R1및 R2는 구조식(1)에 관해 정의된 바와같고 에폭스1은 폴리에폭사이드로부터 유도된 단위(c)임.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 하나의 잔기 R1R2N-이 나머지 잔기와 다르며 하나의 잔기에서 R1이 C1-6알킬이고 R2가 하이드록시 C1-6알킬이며 나머지 잔기에서 R1및 R2가 같고 둘다 아미노-C2-6알킬인 조성물.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 에폭스1이 다음 구조식(6)의 진보된 에폭사이드인 조성물.
    식중, Ep는 구조식(4)에폭사이드의 잔기 및 유기폴리올의 잔기임
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아민-에폭사이드 반응생성물이 다음 구조식(11)를 갖는 조성물
    식중, 잔기 R1R2N-이 같고 R1및 R2둘다는 하이드록시 C2-6알킬을 표시; 에폭스1은 폴리에폭사이드의 잔기,는 디-C1-6알킬아미노-C2-6알킬 아민의 잔기, 및은 다음 구조식(12)의 캡핑된 C2-6알칸 디아민의 잔기임
    식중, 에폭스3는 모노에폭사이드의 잔기임
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아민-에폭스 반응생성물이 다음 구조식(13)을 갖는 조성물.
    식중, G는 캡팅 그룹, 에폭스1은 폴리에폭사이드, Am은 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리아미드, m은 0 또는 1, 에폭스2는 모노에폭사이드, 및 R1R2N-은 구조식(1)아민의 잔기임.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, G가 노닐페닐인 조성물.
  8. 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 에폭스1이 구조식(4)의 에폭사이드로부터 유도된 조성물.
  9. 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Am이 폴리옥시알킬렌 트리아민으로부터 유도된 조성물.
  10. 제 6 항 내지 제10항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭스2가 C9-분지쇄 글리시딜 에스테르로부터 유도된 조성물.
  11. 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 메틸이고 R2가 2-하이드록시에틸인 조성물.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제11항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교제내의 4,4-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 단위 대 우레톤이민 유도된 단위의 중량비가 90 : 10 내지 10 : 90 범위인 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 중량비가 75 : 25 내지 25 : 75 인 조성물.
  14. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교제 대 에폭시아민 부가물의 비가 10 : 90 내지 60 : 40인 조성물.
  15. 제 4 항에 있어서, 가교제 대 아민-에폭사이드 반응생성물의 비가 20 : 80 내지 50 : 50인 조성물.
  16. 제 1 항에 정의된 아민-에폭사이드 반응생성물을 가교제 및 수성 담체와 함께 분산시키는 것으로 구성되는 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 한 항의 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  17. 피복될 기판을 제 1 항 내지 제15항의 어느 한 항의 조성물에 잠기게하고 음극인 기판과 양극인 반대전극 사이에 전류를 통하게 하는 것으로 구성되는, 전도성 기판의 피복방법.
