Claims (6)

  1. 내화 또는 내염성 광물 섬유를 포함하는 성형 부품의 제조방법에 있어서, 광물 섬유를 물에 분산시켜 수성 현탁액을 만들고 미세한 분말상 핏치, 타르 또는 레졸수지나 노볼락 수지를 현탁액에 가하여 이들이 현탁액중의 광물 섬유에 응결 되게하고 현탁액으로 성형부품을 만든다음 건조시키고 350℃ 내지 1300℃에서 열분해 시킴을 특징으로 하는 광물 섬유를 함유하는 성형부품 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 미세한 내화 또는 내염성 섬유 및/또는 유기 결합제 및/또는 수경성 내화 세멘트가 현탁액중에서 광물 섬유에 응결됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 1항에서, 양이온성 전분이 응결제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 청구범위 1항 내지 3항중의 어는 한 항에 있어서, 현탁액을 조성함에 있어서, 열분해전의 성형품 중량을 기준으로 a) 광물 섬유가 5-90중량% 사용되고 b) 핏치, 타르 또는 레졸수지나 노볼락수지가 10-30%, 바람직하기로는 15-25% 사용되며, c) 미세한 내화 또는 내염성 물질이 5-70% 사용되고 d) 무기 결합제가 5-25% 사용되며 e) 수경 세멘트가 5-20% 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 청구범위 4항에서, 현탁액중의 광물 섬유가 열분해전의 성형품 무게를 기준으로 5-15%의 양으로 사용되거나 60-70%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 청구범위 1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서 그 방법이 실시예중의 어느 하나에 기술된 것과 같은 방법임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
