Claims (5)

  1. 압출기(1)의 선단에 부착시켜서 사용되고, 소정 두께의 평판에 다수개의 관통구멍이 형성된 장치로 되어있고, 상기한 평판은 안쪽으로 설치된 세라믹으로부터 이루어진 제1의 평판(2)과 그 바깥쪽에 겹쳐서 설치된 금속재료에서 이루어진 제2의 평판(3)에 의해 분할 구성되고, 상기한 제2의 평판(3)의 각 관통구멍(5)은 제1의 평판(2)의 관통구멍(4)과 동일한 축으로 되어 있고 그것보다도 직경이 크게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 펠리트 제조용 다이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제2평판(3)의 바깥둘레부분이 안쪽으로 돌출하여 원통의 테두리부분(6)을 일체로 형성하고, 그 원통테두리부분(6)의 안지름과 상기한 제1평판(2)의 바깥지름이 단단히 죄어서 끼워진 상태에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 펠리트 제조용 다이스.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제2의 평판(3)이 스테인레스강으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 펠리트 제조용 다이스.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제1의 평판(2)의 각관통구멍(4)의 내면의 열린부분이 둥글게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 펠리트 제조용 다이스.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제2평판(3)의 관통구멍(5)의 주위에 냉각수통로(8)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 펠리트 제조용 다이스.
