Claims (8)
- 내화금속의 비연동 분말입자가 보디로 압분되고 그 보디가 소결되는 내화금속의 다공질 및 소결체를 포함하며, 압분전에 분말입자 부분이 연성금속의 박판층으로 피막되고 압분이 600°C이하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전캐소드 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압분이 주위온도와 같은 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전캐소드 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 모든 분말입자가 연성금속층을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전캐소드 제조방법.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말입자가 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 축전캐소드 제조방법.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내화금속이 텅스텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 축전캐소드 제조방법.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말입자가 알루미늄을 다량 함유한 연성금속층으로 피막된 것을 특징으로 하는 축전캐소드 제조방법.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층의 평균두께가 0.1미크론 이하, 분말입자 반지름의 1/10이하, 그리고 0.05미크론보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 축전캐소드 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 연속금속층의 평균두께가 0.01 내지 0.03미크론의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전캐소드 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
