제 1 도는 기능면에 본 발명에 의한 슬라이드 베어링 공작재료로 구성된 층이 제공되어 있는 톱니바퀴의 단면도로서, 여기에서 제 1a도는 톱니바퀴 전체 단면도, 제 1b도는 및 1c도는 특정부위에 대한 확대 설명도, 제 2 도는 경우에 따라서는 본 발명에 의하여 PVD법으로 부착된 슬라이드 공작재료층이 제공되어 있는 볼베어링 내부활동링의 단면도로서, 여기에서 제 2a도는 볼베어링의 전체 단면도, 제 2 도 및 2c도는 특정부위에 대한 확대 설명도.

Claims (18)

  1. 롤링응력 뿐 아니라, 슬라이딩응력에도 노출되고, 표면중 롤링응력에 노출되는 표면상에 적어도 슬라이딩 베어링재료로 구성된 층이 입혀지는 기초모체로 구성되는 구성부품, 특히 기계요소로서, PVD법에 의하여 제조되는 층이 기초몸체의 표면요철과 동일한 크기의 두께로 입혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 층이 적어도 2개의 위상으로 구성되어 있고, 그중 하나는 고정 결합된 매트릭스를 형성하고, 다른 하나는 용착된 공작재료로 구성되어 있으며, 그 융점이 기초몸체의 기계적 특성을 본질적으로 변형시키는 온도보다 더 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 기초몸체가 철강으로 구성되어 있고, 용착된 공작물의 융점이 기초몸체를 구성하는 강철의 시동온도보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 기초몸체가 철강으로 구성되어 있고, 표면경화된 연단부분이 제공되어 있으며, 용착된 공작물의 융점이 기초몸체의 표면경화된 연단부분의 시동온도보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, (1) 매트릭스에 알루미늄, 크롬, 닉켈, 마그네슘, 구리 중 하나가 주된 구성분으로 되어 있는 합금이 포함되어 있고, (2) 용착된 공작물의 주성분에 아연, 납, 인듐, 주석 중 적어도 하나의 원소가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 베어링 재료층에 Al Cu Sn, Al Cu Pb, Al Cu Pb, Al Si Sn, Al Si Pb, Al Si Sn Pb, Cu Sn, Cu Pb, Cu Sn Pb 등의 합성물중 하나와의 합금이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 용착 공작재료의 입자의 직경(X)이 평균치 X≤0.8μ m에 의하여 통계학적 표준배분되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 용착된 공작재료의 입자직경의 평균치가 슬라이딩 베어링 재료층의 경도를 기초재료의 경도에 가장 적합시킬 수 있게 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 베어링 재료층에, 표면에 대하여 수직으로 되어 있는 경화과정의 구배가 제공되어 있고, 이것이 (1) 합금원소의 비의 변동, (2) 용착공작물의 평균입자 직경의 변경, (3) 매트릭스 공작재료의 산화물, 탄화물, 불소화물 또는 규화물의 여러가지 농도에 의한 침착등의 방법에 의하여 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 다수의 슬라이딩베어링 재료층이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩베어링층에 기초몸체의 최대요철 값(Rz)의 0.2배 내지 4배의 두께가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩베어링 재료층이 0.5 내지 15μ m의 두께로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 톱니바퀴로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤링베어링으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  15. 제 1 항에 있어서, 회전축으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  16. 제 1 항에 있어서, 압축나사로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  17. 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤링피스톤으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
  18. 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전피스톤으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성부품.
