제 1 도는 플라즈마플레임(plasma flame) 및 레이저빔을 조사(irradiation)한 후에 조사간격과 철손값간의 관계를나타낸 그래프, 제 2 도는 2차재결정화 입자의 평균입자크기와 최적 플라이마플레임 조사간격간의 관계를 나타낸는 그래프, 제 3 도는 조사하기 전과 후에 플라즈마플레임 조사의 방향과 철손간의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (2)

  1. 최종 어니일링후에 플라즈마플레임을 입자배향된 실리콘강시트의 표면에 조사함으로써 상기 입자배향된 실리콘강시트의 철손을 감소시키는 방법으로써, 상기 플라즈마플레임을 하기식(1) :
    22-2.5D1 36-2.5D ................(1)
    D : 강 시트의 2차 재결정화입자의 평균입자크기(mm)
    1 : 조사간격(mm)
    을 만족하는 조사간격으로, 강 시트의 롤링방향과 교차하는 방향으로 조사함을 특징으로 하는 입자배향된 실리콘강 시트의 철손 감소방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 롤링방향에 수직인 방향으로 부터 ±30℃의 범위내에서 방향을 변화시켜 상기 플라즈마플레임을 조사함을 특징으로 하는 입자배향된 실리콘강 시트의 철손 감소방법.
