제 1 도는 본 발명의 섬유강화 플라스틱 제품의 한가지 양태의 개략적인 단면도이며, 제 2 도는 본 발명의 섬유강화 플라스틱 제품의 또 다른 양태의 개략적인 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- (a) 일방향, 이방향, 다방향 또는 랜덤 섬유로부터 제조된 하나 이상의 강화층 또는 유리, 붕소 또는 탄소섬유, 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유, 시리콘 카바이드 섬유 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 제조한 이들의 배합체 및 (b) 적어도 하나의 터프트, 섬유성, 벨벳성,모우성, 브러쉬 또는 파일 표면을 갖는 하나 또는 두개의 편물 또는 제직물(2,12)[여기서, 제직물(들)(2,12)는 조립품의 외층(들)이고, 제직물(들)의 터프트, 섬유성, 벨벳성, 모우성, 브러쉬 또는 파일 표면은 조립품의 표면(들)을 형성한다]을 갖는 다층 조립품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물이 실크, 모, 면, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트, 비스코스 셀룰로즈, 폴리아미드, 아크릴로 니트릴 단독- 또는 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 제조되는 조립품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물이 레벨, 벨벳, 벨루어, 플러시, 바치엔트 또는 플란넬 직물인 조립품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강화층(들)(4,5,6,7,8,9,10)이 적어도 부분적으로 폴리-P-페닐렌테레프탈 아미드 섬유로부터 제조되는 조리품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 층들이 바느질, 스티칭, 스테이플링에 의하여 또는 접착 정착 등에 의하여 서로 부착되는 조립품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 층들이 수지로 합침된 조립품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 수지가 폴리에스테르, 에폭시, 페놀, 비닐 에스테르 또는 아크릴아메이트 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물인 조립품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 다층 조리품인 강화재료와 수지성 메트릭스로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 플라스틱 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 직물이 가공층(14,16)으로 피복된 섬유강화 플라스틱 제품.
- 적어도 하나의 터프트, 섬유성, 벨벳성, 모우성, 브러쉬 또는 파일 표면을 가진 직물을 터프트, 섬유성, 벨벳성, 모우성, 브러쉬 또는 파일 표면이 금형을 향하도록 금형속에 놓고 ; 일방향, 이방향, 다방향 또는 랜덤 섬유로부터 제조한 하나 이상의 강화층 또는 유리, 붕소 또는 탄소 섬유, 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유, 실리콘 카바이드 섬유 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 제조한 이들의 배합체를 편물 또는 제직물상에 놓은 다음 ; 직물 및 강화물(들)을 금형속에 놓기 전, 중 또는 후에 수지로 합침시킨 다음, 수지를 경화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 수지성 매트릭스 및 강화재료를 가진 섬유강화 플라스틱 제품을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
