Claims (12)

  1. a)금속성분이 실질적으로 없는 분쇄된 쓰레기 물질을 제공하고, b)쓰레기 물질을 유리되었거나 결합된 상태의 산화칼슘을 포함하는 광물질과 혼합하여 제1의 균질분말 혼합물을 형성하고, c)압력하에서 이 제1분말 혼합물을 제립하여, 수분함량을 가지는 제1입자를 제조하고, d)제1입자의 수분함량을 약0.1내지 1중량%까지 낮히는데 충분한 시간동안 약 130내지 230℃범위의 온도로 제1입자를 가열하고, e)제1입자를 분쇄하여 입자분말을 형성하고, f)이 입자분말을 수경시멘트와 이 시멘트를 경화시키는데 충분한 양의 물로 혼합하여, 제2분말 혼합물을 제조하고, g)압력하에서 제2혼합물을 제립하고, h)수경시멘트를 경화시켜, 제2입자의 입자건축제를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 쓰레기에서 입자건축제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 광물질을 석회, 비산회, 방해석, 돌러마이트 및 점토질 물질에서 선택하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제1 분말혼합물이 90-95중량%의 분쇄한 쓰레기 물질과 5-10중량%의 광물질을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제1분말이 유리되었거나 결합된 상태의 탄산칼슘과 마그네슘을 포함하는 제2 광물질을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 제2 광물질이 돌러마이트인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제2 분말혼합물이 물에 전혀 용해되지 않으며 시멘트의 경화를 방해하지 않는 제3의 광물질을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 전술한 제3 광물질을 석회, 탄산칼슘, 방해석, 돌러마이트, 마그네사이트 및 점토질 물질에서 선택하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제2 분말혼합물이 약5-6중량%의 수분함량을 가지는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제2 분말혼합물중의 수경 시멘트가 전술한 입자분말의 5-25중량%인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전술한 제2 분말혼합물이 시멘트에 대해서 약0.5내지 0.6의 중량비로 된 물을 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제2 분말혼합물이 추가의 결합제를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 전술한 추가의 결합제가 규산나트륨인 방법.
