Claims (1)

  1. 5'-구아닐산 2나트륨과 5'-이노신산 2나트륨이 1.0-1.05의 비로 혼합된 수용액 중에 친수성 유기용매인 메탄올 또는 에탄올을 최종 정석 완료액 알코올 농도 60%까지 첨가하여 정석하되, 총 알코올 사용량의 5%를 30분간 첨가한 후 나머지 95% 분의 알코올을 3시간 동안 첨가하여 결정을 석출시킴을 특징으로 하는 5'-GMP 2Na와 5'-IMP 2Na의 비가 1:1인 5'-구아닐산 2나트륨/5'-이노신산 2나트륨의 혼합결정을 제조하는 방법.
