Claims (1)

  1. 저항체 심체의 표면에 이것과 일체로 소성된 세라믹 절연층이 있는 방전 제어용 저항체를 형성하며, 그 방전 제어용 저항체를 음극선관내에 봉입하기 전이 진공도 1×10­³Torr 내지 1×10-ⁿTorr, 처리온도 250℃ 내지 500℃, 처리시간 30분 이상의 조건하에서 진공 베이킹 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항체 제법.
