Claims (3)

  1. 음극선관 패널외면에 도전성 물질을 함유한 용액을 도포하여 건조한 도전막을 형성하고, 그 위에 Si를 주성분으로 하는 혼합물을 도포하여 건조한 도전막의 보호막을 형성한 후, 도전막과 도전막의 보호막이 동시에 소성됨으로써 단일층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전막의 건조가 자연 건조 또는 100℃ 이하의 온도에서 10분 내지 2시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 도전막 보호막의 소성이 100 내지 200℃의 온도범위에서 10분 내지 2시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 제조방법.
