Claims (9)
- 원주 마찰면을 갖는 마찰링을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제 1원주 지지면(3)을 갖는 링형지지 부재(2)를 제조하고, 소결분말을 성형 및 압축하여 상기 제 1원주 지지면(3)에 보충하는 제 2원주 지지면을 갖는 스트립형 소결분말 부재(5)를 제공하고, 상기 소결분말 부재(5)를 에비 소결하여 기계적으로 안정한 자립 마찰 부재(4)를 제공하고, 상기 마찰 부재(4)를 서로 인접하는 상기 제 1 및 제 2원주 지지면(3)을 갖는 상기 지지부재(2)에 압착시키고, 상기 제 2원주 지지면을 갖는 상기 마찰 부재(4)를 상기 지지부재(2)의 상기 제 1원주 지지면(3)에 소결시키는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원주 마찰면은 원추형상을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원주 마찰면은 원통형상을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원주 마찰면은 외주면을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원주 마찰면은 내주면을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접착층이 상기 스트립형 소결분말 부재의 상기 제 2원주 지지면에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 소결분말 부재(5)의 상기 압축 및 예비소결은 평면 지지체(7)에서 수행하고, 상기 자립형의 기계적으로 안정한 스트립형 마찰 부재(4)는 형태를 이루도록 절단한 다음 만곡 시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 형태를 이루도록 절단한 스트립(4)의 상기 만곡은 만곡 로울러(12)에 의하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 형태를 이루도록 절단한 스트립(4)의 상기 만곡은 상기 지지링(2)에 상기 스트립(4)을 압착중에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
