Claims (20)
- 용기의 전구체로서, 적어도 열가소성 수지(수지A) 및 우수한 기체차단성을 갖는 다른 열가소성 수지(수지B)로 구성되고, 패리슨의 구부의 개방단부 이외의 부분, 또는 패리슨의 전체의 부분에서 각각 수지 A로 구성된 최외층과 최내층 사이의 적어도 중간층에서 다층 수지층을 포함하며, 상기 다층 수지층은 사출실린더의 노즐부 또는 주형 또는 노즐부 및 주형 사이의 수지 유동 통로에 제공된 정적 혼합 교반장치가 설치된 사출 성형기를 사용함으로써 형성되고, 수지 A 및 B 의 유동이 유동 방향에 평행하게 다수의 박층으로 분할되도록 정적 혼합 교반장치를 통해 수지 A 및 B를 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패리슨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다층 수지층에 있어서의 수지 A 대 수지 B 의 체적비는 1:40 내지 40:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 패리슨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 A는 주 반복단위로서 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 반복단위를 갖는 열가소성 폴리에스터 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 패리슨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 기체차단수지 B는 m-크실릴렌기 함유 폴리아미드 수지인것을 특징으로 하는 패리슨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체적으로 상기 다층수지층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패리슨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구부의 적어도 개방단부는 수지 A로 구성되고, 내면층 및 외면층은 각각 수지 A로 구성되며, 내면층과 외면층 사이에 위치된 한 층간부는 다층수지층로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패리슨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구부의 적어도 개방단부는 수지 A로 구성되고, 내면층과 외면층 및 중간층은 수지 A로 구성되며, 내면층과 중간층 사이에 위치된 한 층간부 및 외면층과 중간층 사이에 위치된 한 층간부는 다층수지층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 패리슨.
- 사출 성형기를 사용하여 최소한 열가소성 수지(수지A) 및 기체차단성을 갖는 다른 열가소성 수지(수지 B)를 사출성형함에 의해 용기의 전구체로서 패리슨을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 정적 혼합 교반 창치가 사출 실린더의 노즐부, 또는 주형, 또는 노즐부와 주형 사이의 수지 유동 통로에 제공되고, 패리슨의 구부의 적어도 개방단부 또는 패리슨의 전체층을 제외하고 수지A로 구성된 최외층 및 최내층 사이에 위치된 층간부가 정적 혼합 교반장치를 통해 수지A 및 B가 유동할 수 있도록 형성되어, 수지A 및 B의 유동이 그 유동방향에 펑행하게 다수의 박층들로 분할되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패리슨의 제조방법.
- 적어도 열가소성 수지(수지A) 및 우수한 기체차단성을 갖는 다른 열가소성 수지(수지B)로 구성되는 블로우 성형 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기는 용기의 전구체로서의 패리슨을 2축 연신 및 블로우 성형에 의해 제조되고, 상기 패리슨은 패리슨의 구부의 개방단부 이외의 부분 또는 패리슨 전체에 걸쳐 각각 수지 A로 구성되는 최외층과 최내층 사이의 적어도 중간층에서 다층 수지층을 포함하며, 상기 다층 수지층은 사출 실린더의 노즐부, 또는 주형, 또는 노즐부와 주형 사이의 유체 유동 통로에 제공된 정적 혼합 교반장치가 설치된 사출 성형기를 사용하여 형성되고, 수지A 및 B의 유동이 그 유동방향에 펑행하게 다수의 박층으로 분할되도록 정적 혼합 교반장치를 통해 수지 A 및 B를 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형 용기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 다층 수지층에 있어서의 수지A 대 수지B의 체적비는 1:40 내지 40:1인것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지A는 주 반복단위로서 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 반복단위를 갖는 열가소성 폴리에스터 수지인것을 특징으로 하는 용기.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 구부의 적어도 개방단부는 수지 A로 구성되고, 하부 및 본체부의 박벽부에서의 내면층 및 외면층은 수지 A로 구성되며, 내면층과 외면층 사이에 위치된 한 층간부는 다층수지층로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 구부의 적어도 개방단부는 수지 A로 구성되고, 내면층과 외면층 및 중간층은 수시 A로 구성되며, 내면층과 중간층 사이에 위치된 한 층간부, 및 외면층과 중간층 사이에 위치된 한 층간부는 다층수지층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 용기.
- 적어도 열가소성 수지(수지A)와 우수한 기체차단성을 갖는 다른 열가소성 수지(수지B)를 사용하여 용기를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 사출 실린더의 노즐부, 또는 주형, 또는 노즐부와 주형 사이의 수지유동통로에 제공된 정적 혼합 교반장치가 설치된 사출 성형기에서 상기 수지를 사출 성형함에 의해 패리슨을 제조하고, 수지 A 및 B의 유동이 그 유동 방향과 평행하게 다수의 박층으로 분할되도록 정적 혼합 교반장치를 통해 수지A 및 B가 유동하도록 하고, 이에 의해 패리슨의 구부의 적어도 개방단부 또는 패리슨의 전체층을 제외하고 수지 A로 구성된 최외층 및 최내층 사이에 위치된 층간부로서 상기 수지A 및 B로 구성된 다층 수지층을 형성하도록 되며, 상기 패리슨을 2축 연신 및 블로우 성형하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 제조방법.
- 본체부 및 구부로 구성된 2축 배향 다층 용기에 있어서, 상기 구부의 적어도 대향단부는 열가소성 수지(수지A)로 구성된 단일구조를 지니며, 상기 본체부의 적어도 박벽부는 수지A 및 기체차단성을 갖는 다른 열가소성 수지(수지B)의 하나 또는 그 이상의 혼합물층과 수지A를 교대로 적층시킴으로써 형성되고, 수지A층의 수는 혼합된 수지층의 수보다 하나만큼 크며, 상기 혼합된 수지층에 있어서 10 미크론 보다는 크지 않은 장직경을 갖는 수지A 입자 및 수지B 입자의 전체 비율은 10% 보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 다층 용기.
- 제17항에 있어서, 수지A는 열가소성 폴리에스터 수지이며, 수지B는 m-크실릴렌기 함유 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제17항에 있어서, 수지 A와 B로 구성된 상기 각각의 혼합된 수지층은 10 내지 300 미크론의 두께를 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제17항에 있어서, 본체부의 두꺼운 벽부는 200 내지 3000 미크론의 두께를 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 용기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
