Claims (20)
- 섬유강화된 열가소성 재료로부터 형이 안정된 반제품을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 섬유와 열가소성 재료를 함유하는 결합제로부터 형성된 자유 유동 가능한 출발제품이 다만 얇은, 표피부분에서만이 열가소성 재료의 용융점 이상으로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발제품은 예비 압축되고 직접 섬유-결합제의 연속적인 로오프에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각후에 반제품 배분량(portion)으로 분리가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 출발제품은 배분량들(portions)로 공급되며 이 부분들의 크기는 제조하고자 하는 반제품의 차지양에 상응하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 출발제품은 결합제의 열가소성 재료와 공존할 수 있는 재료 및 특히 동일한 재료로 만들어진 백안에 포장된, 모전형상의 배분량들(portions)로서 공급되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 하나의 항에 있어서, 출발물질은 솜뭉치 또는 솜털과 같은 모전(felt)로서 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 섬유강화된 열가소성 재료로부터 형이 안정된 반제품을 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 용융도관(64)를 가지는 용융설비(53)가 있으며 이 용융도관을 통하여 가공하고자 하는 재료(57)가 연속적으로 로오프(strand)로서 압축되며 그리고 냉각설비(54)는 이 용융설비(53)에 견결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 압축장소(51)는 용융설비(53)의 직접 앞에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 압축장소(51)는 하나의 압축도관(62)를 가지며 이 압축도관에는 직접 용융설비(53)의 용융도관(64)가 연결되어 있으며 그리고 압축도관(62)와 용융도관(64) 사이의 이월점으로부터 먼쪽의 압축도관(62)의 단부에는 압축 및 이송피스톤(63)이 움직일 수 있도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 압축장소(51)는 수취 및 예비압축실(56)을 가지며 이 수취 및 예비압축실로는 공급도관(57)이 안내되고 있으며 이 수취 및 예비압축실에는 예비 압축피스톤(59)가 이것이 압축도관(62)와 중첩하고 있는 예비압축실(56)의 범위(61)로 공급된 재료를 누르도록 하는 방법으로 움직일 수가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제10항의 하나의 항에 있어서, 용융설비(53)의 용융도관(64)은 그의 전체의 길이에 걸쳐서 가열소자들(66)에 의하여 둘러쌓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제11항의 하나의 항에 있어서, 냉각요소들(81)이 압축 및 이송피스톤(63)에의 용융체의 부착을 회피하기 위하여 압축장소(51)에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제12항의 하나의 항에 있어서, 용융설비(53) 및 다음의 냉각설비의 뒤에는 분리설비(72,73)가 위치하여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제13항의 하나의 항에 있어서, 압축도관(62)에는 진공배관이 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 섬유강화된 열가소성 재료로부터 형성된 반제품에 있어서, 섬유와 용융후에 재응고하는 열가소성 재료의 고체피복과, 그리고 섬유-폴리머-혼합물로부터 된 모전- 또는 솜털형상의 코아를 특징으로 하는 반제품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 코아는 압축된 재료로부터 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 실린더 형상을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 타원형상을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
- 제15항 내지 제18항의 하나의 항에 있어서, 단단한 외피는 반제품의 반경의 20%보다 더 작은 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
