Claims (7)

  1. 공기 압축장치와, 상기 공기 압축장치의 토출 압축공기의 수분을 재생가능한 건조제에 의해 제거하는 건조장치와, 상기 건조장치로부터의 건조 압축공기를 저장하는 공기 저장조와, 상기 건조장치의 상기 공기 압축장치측에 설치되어 외부로부터의 지령에 따라 상기 건조제의 상기 공기 압축장치측을 외기로 연락하는 재생 밸브와, 상기 공기 저장조내의 압력에 상한치에 달하면 상기 재생밸브에 지령을 부여하고 하한치에 달하면 그 지령을 해제하는 감시장치를 구비한 압축 공기 압력원 시스템에 있어서, 상기 공기 압축장치와 상기 건조장치 사이에 상기 공기 압축장치의 토출 압축공기에 포함되는 드레인을 제거하는 드레인 장치와, 상기 건조장치측으로부터 상기 드레인 장치측을 향한 유체 이동을 저지하는 역지 밸브를 설치하는 동시에, 상기 드레인 장치와의 상기 공기 압축장치측에 상기 감시장치로부터의 지령에 따라 상기 드레인 장치의 내부를 외기로 연락하는 드레인 밸브를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 압력원 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감시장치로부터의 지령에 따라 상기 드레인 밸브를 상기 재생 밸브보다 선행하여 작동시키게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감시장치로부터 재생 밸브 및 드레인 밸브에의 지령이 압축공기 공급에 의해 행해지고, 상기 재생 밸브 및 드레인 밸브는 각각 상기 압축공기의 공급을 기초로한 작용력을 받는 제어 피스톤을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 드레인 장치와 상기 역지 밸브 사이에 드레인이 제거된 압축공기를 저장하는 바아지 탱크를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 드레인 장치는 그 내부에 금속 선재 또는 띠형 재료를 그물눈형으로 짠 필터체를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 내부의 상기 공기 압축장치측에 유통 구멍을 다수 형성한 복수의 판부재를 포함하는 제1트랩부를, 그리고 상기 역지 밸브측에 입상 고형물을 다수 포함하는 제2트랩부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  7. 제1항내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 내부에 환형 필터 유니트를 복수개 중첩시킨 필터체를 수용한 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
