Claims (22)
- 산소농축장치의 농축조에 있어서,상,하 개구된 통형의 케이싱(110);산소농축시 하방 압력이 높아지면 농축산소를 산소저장부로 이동시키는 체크밸브(144)와, 하방의 압력이 낮아지면 압력이 높은 농축산소의 일부를 역류시키기 위한 오리피스(142)를 구비하여 상기 케이싱(110)내 소정위치에 설치되는 체크밸브부(140);상기 케이싱(110)내 체크밸브부(140) 상부에 형성되며, 농축산소가 일시 저장되는 공간부로 이루어진 산소저장부(130);상기 케이싱(110)내 체크밸브부(140) 하부에 형성되며, 공급된 압축공기를 통하여 질소분리와 동시에 산소농축이 이루어지도록 흡착재(164)가 내장되는 흡착부(160);상기 케이싱(110)의 상단에 조립되고, 농축산소 공급로(122)를 형성한 상부 매니폴드(120);상기 케이싱(110)의 하단에 조립되고, 압축공기를 공급함과 아울러 세정질소를 배기하기 위한 통로(182)를 형성한 하부 매니폴드(180)를 포함하는 산소농축장치의 농축조.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡착부(160)는 체크밸브부(140)에 접촉하는 부분에 상,하방으로 유통가능한 통공(152)을 다수 형성한 다공판(150)을 더 구비하고, 이 다공판(150)하방으로 흡착재(164)를 내장한 망체(162)를 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소농축장치의 농축조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 체크밸브부(140)와 흡착부(160)사이에 저장산소가 일시 체류하면서 혼합되도록 혼합공간(170)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소농축장치의 농축조.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 혼합공간(170)내에는 탄성부재(172)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소농축장치의 농축조.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이싱(110)을 적어도 2개 이상 연속 연결하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소농축장치의 농축조.
