Claims (6)

  1. 제2단계로부터 떨어진 제1단계의 끝에 있는 제1단계 개스흡입구와, 제2단계와 인접한 제1단계의 끝에 있는 제1단계 개스배출구와, 제1단계 배출구를 경유해 배출되지 않는 압축개스를 제1단계로부터 배출하도록 하기 위한 제2단계로부터 떨어진 제1단계의 끝에 있는 잔유 개스 배출구와, 잔유개스 흡입구에 공급된 제1단계 개스로 수용하기 위한 제2단계로부터 떨어진 제1단계의 끝에 있는 잔유개스 흡입구와, 및 잔유개스 배출구로부터 잔유개스 흡입구까지 개스를 이송하기 위한 수단으로 구성되고, 상기 제1단계 흡입구는 개스가 들어갈 수 있는 유일한 수단이고, 상기 제2단계 배출구는 개스가 제1단계로부터 제2단계까지 유동할 수 있는 유일한 수단이고, 상기 잔유 개스 흡입구는 로터의 회전방향으로 제1단계 배출구 전이나 제1단계 흡입구 다음에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 2단계 액체링 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잔유 개스 흡입구는 로터의 회전방향으로 제1단계 흡입구 전이나 제1단계 배출구 다음에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 2단계 액체링 펌프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계와 인접한 제2단계의 끝에 있는 제2단계 개스 흡입구와, 제1단계로부터 떨어진 제2단계의 끝에 있는 제2단계 개스 배출구와, 제1단계 배출구로부터 제2단계 흡입구까지 개스를 이송하기 위한 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2단계 액체링 펌프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계로터의 길이는 적어도 상기 로터의 직경의 약 0.5배인 것을 특징으로 하는 2단계 액체링 펌프.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계로부터의 길이는 적어도 상기 로터의 직경의 약 0.5∼1.2배의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 2단계 액체링 펌프.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제 단계로부터의 길이는 적어도 상기 로터의 직경의 약 0.5∼1.0배의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 2단계 액체링 펌프.
