- 인쇄회로판 또는 넓적 케이블의 기본재료로서 하나 또는 몇 개의 층으로 되어 있으며, 하나 또는 몇 개의 섬유보강 지지층을 함유하는 성형 라미네이트에 있어서, 넓적 지지층이 넓적합성유기섬유 및/또는 유리섬유구조를 나타내고, 교차결합제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌에 의하여 침투되어지며, 이 라미네이트가 20°C 및 106Hz에서 3이하의 유전상수εr, 20°C 및 106Hz에서 <0.02의 유전손실율(40°C와 92% 상대습도에서 96시간 동안 내후 성시험후 측정〔DIN 53 483〕) 및 >20초의 납땜욕에 대한 저항도(DIN-IEC 52에 따라 260°C에서 측정)를 가지며, 이 지지층이 금속층을 가지거나, 또는 금속층을 가질 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 넓적구조체가, 용해점이 120°C 이상, 바람직하게는 190 내지 240°C인, 유리섬유, 광섬유, 또는 합성섬유를 기본으로 하는 폴리이스, 웨브 또는 매트형의 섬유를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트.
- 제1 내지 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원하는 신축성 또는 강성에 따라 성형 라미네이트에 관하여, 5 내지 60중량% 보강용 섬유, 바람직하게는 7 내지 45중량% 보강용섬유가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 성형라미네이트.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강섬유의 침투를 위하여, 약 0.90 내지 0.91g/cm3의 밀도 3.0g/10min이하, 바람직하게는 1.0g/10min. 이하, 보다 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 0.3g/10min.의 용해지수 MFI(230°C/5kp), 5×105이상의 분자량을 갖는 본질적으로 등배열의 프로필렌의 단일중합체가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 성형라미네이트.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교차결합을 위하여 사용된 폴리프로필렌의 양에 관하여, 1.0 내지 5중량% 하기식의 알콕시 실란화합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트.상기식에서, R1은 C1내지 C4를 갖는 수소 또는 알킬라디칼이고, R2는 C1내지 C10를 갖는 직쇄 알킬렌 라디칼이며, R3는 임의 선택에 의하여 산소원자에 의하여 차단될 수 있는 C1 내지 C5를 갖는 알콕시라디칼이고, m 및 n은 0 또는 1임.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 폴리 프로필렌의 양에 관하여, 1분 반감기-약 160 내지 240°C의 온도를 갖는 0.1 내지 0.8중량% 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교차결합을 위하여 사용된 폴리프로필렌이 양에 관하여, 실란을 축합촉매로서 주석화합물을 최대 0.1중량% 사용함을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속포일, 특히 동포일이, 임의 선택적으로 커플링제에 의하여 바깥층중 적어도 하나의 층에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌의 폴리프로필렌 단일중합체이거나, 임의 선택적으로 최대 12중량% 에틸렌을 갖는 프로필렌 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트.
- 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 넓적구조체가 선상 포화 폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트.
- 폴리프로필렌 단일 중합체 또는 교차결합제를 함유한 공중합체의, 양면상에 덮개를 갖는 넓적 지지층 또는 경우에 따라서는 금속층과 함께 이들층의 몇 개의 층이 5 내지 200바아의 입력하에서 고온프레스에 의하여 0.1 내지 2.0mm 두께의 넓적구조체로 압착됨을 특징으로 하는 제1내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 성형 라미네이트의 제조 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지층이 교차결합성 또는 교차결합된 폴리프로필렌으로 피복된 연속제조보강 웨브로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트의 제조 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단일- 및 공중합체로 덮여있는 지지층이, 교차결합을 함유한 폴리프로필렌을 지지층의 양면에 도입하여, 포일스트립을 평탄하게 함으로써, 다중 로울러프레임상에서 연속적으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 성형 라미네이트의 제조 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
