Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술하고 도시한 바와같이 보온장치가 시공된 보온탱크(A)내에 일측으로 가열조(2)를 만들어서 내부에 전기히터(6)를 장치하고 반대측에 온수조(3)를 설치하여 급탕호스(8)와 환수호수(8a)를 연결시킨 다음 중앙부로 축열실(1)을 만들어서 서로 연통되게 하고, 축열시(1) 중앙부에 냉동조(4)를 위치시킨 다음 냉동관(7)을 장치하여 외부의 전기냉동유니트(7a)와 연결시킨 다음 팽창밸브(EXV)와 냉동유니트제어용 리미트스위치(L8)를 장치하며 가열조(2)와 축열실(1) 사이에 형성된 구획벽(5)에 개폐밸브(5b)를 장치하여 온도감지밸브(TEV)로써 개폐되게 하고, 가열조(2)의 온수배출관(2a)에서 난방호스(9)를 연결하여 난방부호(10)를 거쳐 축열실(1)로 돌아오는 난방시스템과 축열시(1)의 배출관(1a)에서 냉방호스(11)를 연결하여 냉방부하(12)를 거쳐 축열실(1)로 돌아오는 냉방시스템을 구성시키되 환수부에 순환펌프(9)를 장치하고 난방호스(9)와 냉방호스(11)의 분기지점에 3방밸브(ThV1)를 장치하고, 가열조(2)와 축열실(1)의 배출관이 만나는 지점에 3방밸브(ThV2)를 장치하여 두고 3방밸브 사이에 전자3방밸브(ThV4)를 장치하며, 전자3방밸브(ThV4)를 입력부와 3방밸브(ThV2)를 입력부에 각각 리미트 스위치(L1)(L2)를 장치하고 축열실(1)의 온수배출관에 리미트스위치(L6)를 장치하며, 난방부하(10) 회수관과 냉방부하(11) 회수관과 순환펌프(9) 입력지점에 3방밸브(ThV3)를 장치하여 입력부에 각각 회수열 감지 리미스트위치(L5,L9)를 장치하고 축열실(1)의 상부에 축열조열감지용 리미스트위치(L4,L7)를 장치하며, 축열실(1) 상부 소정위치에 팽창탱크(13)를 장치하고, 제3도 및 제4도와 같은 난방 및 냉방전기계통조에서 전기가 입력되는 주조정기에는 24시간 타이머스위치를 장치하여심야전류가 유입될 때 전기계통이 작동되도록 한 심야전원을 이용한 냉난방겸용 전기보일러 장치.
