제2도는 열펌프시스템내에 설치된 압축기의 정밀하고 효과적인 속도제어를 수행하기 위해 본 발명의 배치도에 대한 동작을 상세히 나타낸 흐름 선도.
Claims (6)
- 전기정류식모터(ECM)에 의해 구동되는 ECM 압축기의 동작 속도를 제어하며, 압축기 속도를 나타내는 귀환신호를 생성하기에 효과적인 상기 ECM 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 장치가 요구속도지시를 설정하는 압축기속도로직수단과, 상기 ECM 제어기에서 생성된 귀환신호로부터 압축기속도를 계산하는 압축기속도계산수단과, 상기 요구속도지시와 상기 계산 압축기속도간의 오차를 설정하며 상기 오차를 나타내는 오차신호를 생성하기에 효과적인 오차수단과, 상기 오차신호를 나타내는 속도제어 신호를 생성하기 위한 듀티사이클발생기수단을 구비하고, 상기 속도제어신호가 상기 압축기속도를 조정하도록 상기 ECM 제어기에 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기정류식모터 제어장치.
- 압축기속도를 나타내는 귀환신호를 생성하기에 효과적인 ECM 제어기에 의해서 구동되는 ECM 압축기의 동작속도를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 소정의 압축기속도를 설정하는 단계와, 실제 압축기속도를 나타내는 귀환신호를 설정하는 단계와, 압축기속도계산을 실행하는 단계와, 상기 계산압축기속도와 설정압축기속도간의 오차신호를 검출하는 단계와, 상기 ECM 제어기에 속도제어신호를 설정하는 단계 및 상기 오차신호의 레벨이 감소하도록 상기 속도제어신호에 대응하는 압축기속도를 변경하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 전기정류식모터 압축기의 동작속도 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축기속도의 설정은 신.구 실내주변온도차이의 함수로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기정류식 모터제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 압축속도의 설정은 신.구 실내주변온도차이의 함수로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기정류식모터 압축기의 동작속도제어방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 압축기속도가 dn K1+(dn-do)K2(여기서 dn do는 각각 온도조절기의 설정점온도에 대한 신.구 실내주변온도차이)의 함수로서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 정류식모터제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 압축기 속도가 dn K1+(dn-do)K2(여기서 dn do는 각각 온도조절기의 설정점온도에 대한 신.구 실내주변 온도차이)의 함수로서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 정류식모터압축기의 동작속도 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
