Claims (10)
- (a) 비교적 고당량의 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 또는 에틸렌옥사이드로부터 유도된 반복단위 5 내지 25중량% 및 C3-C9사이클릭 에테르로부터 유도된 반복 단위 75 내지 95중량%를 함유하는 비교적 고당량의 폴리에테르 폴리올, (b) 성분(a) 100부당 5 내지 40부의 양의 쇄연장제 화합물, (c) 세제곱 피트당 10 내지 65파운드(16 내지 104kg/㎥)의 밀도를 제공하는 충분량의 발포제, (d) 반응 혼합물 중에 존재하는 활성수소-함유 그룹당 0.9 내지 1.2개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 제공하는 양의 폴리이소시아네이트, 및(e) 성분(a) 100중량부당 0.01 내지 1부의 양의 비-휘발성 이온화성 금속염을 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 탄소원자수 6 내지 30개의 카복실산 에스테르, 지방산염 및 포스페이트 에스테르 화합물의 실질적인 부재하에 밀폐식 성형기 내에서 반응시켜 제조한 대전 방지 폴리우레탄 슈즈기부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비-휘발성 이온화성 금속염이 음이온이 테트라유기붕소, SCN- 또는 CH3SO3-인 알카리 금속염인 대전방지 슈즈기부.
- 제2항에 있어서, 비-휘발성 이온화성 금속염이 나트륨 테트라페닐붕소, 티오시안산 나트륨, 또는 NaCF3SO3인 대전방지 슈즈기부.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 쇄 연장제가 탄소수 2 내지 4의 α·β-알킬렌 글리콜인 대전방지 슈즈기부.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (1) 성분(a)가 삼작용성 에틸렌옥사이드-캐핑된 폴리에테르 0 내지 60중량부와 이 작용성 에틸렌옥사이드-캐핑된 폴리에테르 100 내지 40중량부와의 혼합물이거나, (2) 성분(a)가 1000 내지 2500의 평균 당량을 갖거나, (3) 성분(a)가 1000 내지 2000의 평균 당량을 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리올이거나, (4) 성분(a)가 700 내지 2500의 평균당량 및 1.5 내지 4개의 평균 작용기를 갖는 비교적 고당량의 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 대전방지 슈즈기부.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비-휘발성 금속염이 나트륨 테트라페닐붕소이고, 성분 (a) 100부당 0.05 내지 0.25부의 양으로 존재하는 대전방지 슈즈기부.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비-휘발성 금속염이 나트륨 테트라페닐붕소인 대전방지 슈즈기부.
- (a) 비교적 고당량의 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 또는 에틸렌오사이드로부터 유도된 반복단위 5 내지 25중량% 및 C3-C6사이클릭 에테르로부터 유도된 반복단위 75 내지 95중량%를 함유하는 비교적 고당량의 폴리에테르 폴리올, (b) 성분(a) 100부당 5 내지 40부의 양의 쇄연장제 화합물, (c) 세제곱 파트당 10 내지 65파운드(16 내지 104kg/㎥)의 밀도를 제공하는 충분량의 발포제, (d) 반응 혼합물 중에 존재하는 활성수소-함유 그룹당 0.9 내지 1.2개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 제공하는 양의 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 (e) 성분(a) 100중량부당 약 0.01 내지 약 1부의 양의 비-휘발성 이온화성 금속염을 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 탄소원자수 6 내지 30개의 카복실산 에스테르, 지방산염 및 포스페이트 에스테르 화합물의 실질적인 부재하에 밀폐식 성형기 내에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 대전방지 폴리우레탄 슈즈기부를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 비-휘발성 이온화성 금속염이(1) 음이온이 테트라유기붕소, SCN-, 또는 CF3SO3-인 알칼리 금속염이거나, (2) 나트륨 테트라페닐붕소, 티오시안산나트륨 또는 NaCF3SO3이고, 쇄연장제가 탄소수 2 내지 4의 α·β-알킬렌 글리콜인 방법.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, (1) 성분(a)가 삼작용성 에틸렌옥사이드-캐핑된 폴리에테르 0 내지 60중량부와 이 작용성 에틸렌옥사이드-캐핑된 폴리에테르 100 내지 40중량부와의 혼합물이거나, (2) 성분(a)가 1000 내지 2500의 평균 당량을 갖거나, (3) 성분(a)가 1000 내지 2000의 평균 당량을 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리올 이거나, (4) 성분(a)가 700 내지 2500의 평균당량 및 1.5 내지 4개의 평균 작용기를 갖는 비교적 고당량의 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
