폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법 및 그 장치.
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 폴리우레탄 슬러브의 제조장치의 단면도.
제2도는 종래 방법에서 얻어진 폴리우레탄 슬러브의 사시도.
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 폴리우레탄 슬러브의 제조방법을 실시하기 위한 장치의 일예시 모식도.

Claims (12)

  1. 우레탄 발포원료를 혼합, 조정하여 우레탄 발포원액을 만들고, 이것을 발포조내에서 발포시켜서 폴리우레탄 포옴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 이 폴리우레탄 발포 원액의 발포를 감압 분위기에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법.
  2. 감압 분위기는, 상압에서 50mmHg 이상 감압한 것인 제1항 기제의 제조방법.
  3. 감압 분위기는, 상압에서 50-500mmHg 감압한 것인 제2항 기재의 제조방법.
  4. 발포 반응이 실질적으로 끝난 다음, 다시 감압실에 발포체를 유지시키는 제1항 기재의 제조방법.
  5. 감압 분위기에서 발포 시킬때, 발포조내에 승강 자재로 인상구를 형성하여, 이것을 발포원액의 발포상승과 실질적으로 동일속도로 상승시키는 제1항 기재의 제조방법.
  6. 감압 분위기에서 발포원액을 발포조내에서 발포시킬때, 발포조를 그 중심축을 중심으로서 회전 시키면서 발포 시키는 제1항 기재의 제조방법.
  7. 회전속도가 20-120 r.p.m 인 제6항 기재의 제조방법.
  8. 감압 분위기에서 발포원액을 발포조내에서 발포시킬때 발포 상승이 시작하고, 약 70% 진행한 곳에서 발포 완료 직전의 임의 곳에서 발포상승면위에, 이면이 평탄한 추를 태우면서 발포 상승을 끝내는 제1항 기재의 제조방법.
  9. 추의 중량이 0.5-2.0g/cm2인 제8항 기재의 제조방법.
  10. 평탄한 저면 및 이 저면에 대하여 수직 측면을 가지며, 또 상부가 개방된 통상 발포용기와, 양단이 개방되고 또 그 벽면을 상기 통상 발포용기의 측벽내면을 따라서 승강 자재로 형성된 폭 20-60cm의 통상 인상구와, 상기 통상 발포용기의 상측에 수평으로 형성된 복수의 인상 회전축과, 이들 인상회전축을 등속으로 등기회전시키는 각 인상 회전축에 형성된 스프로켓 및 이들 스프로켓 사이에 감아 설치된 스프로켓 체인과, 일단을 상기 통상 인상구의 상단부에 연결되고, 타단을 상기 인상회전축에 연결된 인상 와이어등을 구비하고, 상기 통상 발포용기내에 우레탄 발포원액을 주입 발포시킬때, 상기 인상회전축을 회전 구동하여 상기 와이어를 감아 인상 회전축을 회전 구동하여 상기 와이어를 감아 올림으로서, 상기 통상인상구를 상기 발포원액의 액면 상승에 갖추어서 상승 시키도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 우레탄 포옴 슬러브의 뱃치식 발포조.
  11. 상기 인상구에 상기 발포원액의 액면과의 사이의 거리를 검지하는 초음파 센서를 형성하여, 이 초음파 센서와 상기 발포원액의 상승 표면과의 거리가 소정의 거리 이내로 된때에 상기 구동장치를 작동시켜, 발포원액의 상승 속도에 동기시켜서 상기 인상구를 상승 시킴을 특징으로 하는 제10항 기재의 장치.
  12. 통상 발포용기는 그 중심축을 중심으로 회전자재로 되어 있는 제10항 기재의 장치.
