Claims (6)

  1. 공작물과 미디어를 장입한 배럴조를 터릿상에 회전이 자유롭게 설치하고, 터릿을 고속 선회함과 동시에 배럴조를 자전시켜서 배럴조에 유성 선회운동을 주도록한 고속유성선회식 배럴가공장치에 있어서, 매스의 선별장치, 공작물의 수세장치 및 공작물의 건조장치를 순차적으로 연계시켜서 연달아 설치함과 동시에, 공작물에 따라 미리 정하여진 배럴조의 선회수, 연마시간, 배럴조의 반전속도, 수세시간, 건조시간의 전부 또는 일부를 제어하는 제어장치를 상기 배럴 가공장치의 제어시스템으로서 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 전자동고속 유성선회식 배럴가공 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미가공 공작물의 장입장치는 공작물 케이스내에 장입하여, 로울러 콘베이어에 의해 반전 장치로 운반하고, 반전시켜서 버키트 콘베이어내에 투입하는 장치를 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 전자동고속유성선회식 배럴가공장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 연마석 보충용 공급장치는, 1회의 연마에 있어서 마모된 연마석량을 버키트 콘베이어내에 공급하는 장치를 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 전자동고속유성 선회식 배럴가공장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 선별장치는 진동선별장치로 한것을 특징으로 하는 전자동고속유성 선회식 배럴가공장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수세장치는 나선핀 부착수세장치로 한것을 특징으로 하는 전자동고속유성선회식 배럴가공장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 건조장치는 나선핀 부착 건조장치로 한것을 특징으로 하는 전자동고속유성 선회식 배럴가공 장치.
