제3도는본 발명에 따른 하부 몸체부와 상부 몸체부가 결합된 상태에서 제 1도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선에서 본 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 상부 몸체부와 하부 몸체부로 구분형성되면서 그 내부에 절단 및 조임용도체 접촉부가 좌우양단에 형성되어진 도선접속편이 내설되어 있는 케이블 접속장치에 있어서, 상부 몸체부(2, 2a)와 하부 몸체부(3, 3a)내에 안내채널(13, 13a)이 형성되어 협소단부(19)를 갖는 쌍연식인입선케이블(9, 9a)이 장착되고, 상기 안내 채널(13, 13a)내에는 좌우양단에 절단 및 조임용도제 접촉부(6, 6a)(7, 7a)가 형성되어져 있는 도선 접촉편(4, 4a)이 설치되어, 인출 및 인입되는 쌍연식인입선케이블(9, 9a)의 협소단부(19) 측면으로부터 상기 접촉부(6, 6a)(7, 7a)가 관통될 때 2개의 도체 와이어(11, 12)사이에 전기적 접속이 이루어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도선접속편(4)은 가교바(5) 좌우양단에 절단 및 조임용도체 접촉부 (6,7)가 형성되면서 이들 도체접촉부(6,7)가 서로 반대방향으로 45°씩 절곡되어 그 전체 형상이 Z자형으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블접속장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 안내채널(13)은 U자형으로 형성되어 여기에 쌍연식입선케이블(9)이 U자형으로 벤딩되면서 내설되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 도선접속편(4a)의 좌우양단에 형성된 절단 및 조임용도체 접촉부(6a, 7a)가 같은 방향으로 45°씩 절곡되어 전체 형상이 U자형으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블접속장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 절단 및 조임용도체 접촉부(6, 6a)(7, 7a)의 상단부에는 예리한 형태의 절단엣지(31)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블접속장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 안내채널(13a)내측에는 클램핑리브(23)가 형성되어 케이블(9a)를 보다 확고히 고정할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블접속장치.
