Claims (22)

  1. 기존의 창문과 유리사이에 창문 및 창문 프레임과 함께 막힌 공간을 이루도록 하기 위하여 밀봉스트립에 대하여 한장의 유리를 고정시키는 압축클립에 있어서 : 창문프레임에 클립을 고정되게 걸리게하기 위한 고정수단과 : 앵커수단에 대하여 간격을 두고 떨어져 있거나 움직일수 있으며 밀봉스트립에 대하여 유리를 압축하도록 하는 접촉수단과 : 앵커수단과 접촉사단 사이에서 공간을 조정하기 위한 조정수단을 포함하는 압축클립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 앵커수단이 제1 및 제2면을 갖는 기저판을 포함하고, 제1면이 접촉수단의 최소한 일부분에 미끄러질 수 있게 장착되게 하도록 그안에 형성된 홈이파진 구멍을 갖고, 제2면이 돌출벽을 갖으며, 그 벽이 조정수단의 알부분을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 기저판의 제1면이 앵커수단을 창문프레임에 고정시키기 위한 접착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 기저판이 제1면에서 제2면까지 뻗어있는 최소한 두개의 구멍과 최소한 두개의 스크루를 포함하여 상기 스크루가 기저판을 창문프레임에 고정하기 위하여 구멍을 통해 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 접촉수단이 가늘고 긴 아암과 수직한 다리를 갖는 L-자형 부품을 포함하여 수직한 다리의 일부가 최소한 홈이파진구멍으로 뻗어질 수 있도록 크기를 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 조정수단이 쐐기를 포함하여, 쐐기가 가늘고 긴 아암을 미리 예정된 거리로 벽으로부터 간격을 두고 있을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 가늘고 긴 아암이 벽으로부터 떨어져서 한방향으로 뻗어있는 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 조정수단이 고정스크루를 포함하고, 상기 벽이 회전식으로 고정스크루를 고정시키는 구멍을 갖으며, 상기 고정스크루가 상기 구멍내에 위치하여 접촉수단과 접하도록 충분한 길이를 갖아서, 상기 접촉수단을 유리로 가게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 앵커수단이 제1 및 제2면을 갖는 기저판을 포함하고, 제1면이 창문프레임에 끼워지도록 되어있고, 제2면 위에 돌출벽이 있으며, 접촉수단이 기저판과 하나로 되어있고, 상기 벽에 평행하면서 간격을 두고 떨어져서 위치한 벽부분이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 벽부분과 상기 기저판의 접속부에 상기 벽부분이 지저판에 대하여 힌지되도록 하는 얇은 구성부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 조정수단이 상기 벽에서 일정한 거리로 간격을 이룰 수 있게 하는 쐐기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축클립.
  12. 기존창문과 창문프레임 사이에, 그리고 한장의 유리 사이에 막힌 공간을 만드는 시스템으로 : 한자의 유리와 : 한장의 유리를 기존의 창문으로부터 간격을 지게하여 한장의 유리가 적당히 눌러질때 그들 사이의 공간을 밀봉시키는 수단과 막힌 공간을 형성하는 상기의 간격을 주는 수단에 대하여 한장의 유리를 압축하는 수단으로 창문프레임에 클립을 설치하기 위한 앵커수단을, 밀봉스트립에 대하여 한장의 유리를 압축하기 위하여 앵커수단에 대하여 간격을 두고 떨어져서 움직일 수 있는 접촉수단을 앵커수단과 접촉수단 사이에 간격을 조정하기 위한 조정수단을 포함하고, 한장의 유리와 압축클립 사이에 설치된 압축가스킷을 더 포함하는 압축수단으로 구성되어진 시스템.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 앵커수단이 제1면과 제2면을 갖는 기저판을 포함하고, 제1면이 접촉수단의 일부를 미끄러질 수 있게 장착하기 위하여 그안에 홈이파진 구멍을 갖고, 제2면에 돌출벽이 있으며, 상기 벽이 조정수단의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 접촉수단이 가늘고 긴 아암과 수직다리를 갖는 L-형부품을 포함하고, 수직다리의 일부가 홈이파진 구멍으로 뻗어지게 크기를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 조정수단이 쐐기를 포함하여 쐐기가 벽을 가늘고 긴 아암으로부터 일정한 거리로 간격을 유지할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 가늘고 긴 아암이 벽으로부터 떨어진 방향으로 뻗어있는 돌출부룰 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  17. 제16항에 있어서 압축가스킷이 가늘고 긴 방향으로 뻗어있는 홈을 포함하고, 홈이 가늘고 아암에서 돌출부를 받아들여 결합되도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 앵커수단이 제1및 제2면을 갖는 기저판을 포함하고, 제1면은 창문프레임과 결합되고, 제2면에는 돌출벽부가 형성되어 있고, 접촉수단을 기저판과 통합되어 있는 그리고 상기 벽과 간격을 두고 있으며 평행한 벽부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 벽부분이 압축가스킷을 향해 뻗어 있는 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 압축가스킷이 가늘고 긴 방향으로 뻗어있는 홈을 포함하여, 홈이 벽부분에서 돌출부를 받아들여 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 벽부분이 기저판에 대하여 힌지되도록 벽부분과 기저판의 접합부에 얇은 구성부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 조정수단이 벽부분을 벽으로부터 일정한 거리로 간격을 유지하게하는 쐐기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
