Claims (17)

  1. a) 석유를 반응영역에 도입하고, b) 알킬리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 염기의 혼합물을 형성하고, c) 생성된 혼합물을 약-40°F 내지 약 800°F의 온도에서 산화 가스 또는 화합물과 접촉시킴으로써 석유를 산화시키고, 염기를 산화된 석유와 반응시킨 다음, d) 임의로, 혼합물을 여과하여 염기와 반응된 산화된 석유를 석유 산화침적물로서 분리하고, e) 석유 산화참적물을 알칼리 금속 화합물 및 알칼리 토금속 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 염기의 존재하에 탄화시켜 과염기화된 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 석유 산화침적물로서 이루어진 반응 생성물을 형성하고, f) 임의로, 혼합물을 여과하여 미반응 알칼리 금속화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화함물을 제거하고, g)과염기화된 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 석유 산화참적물을 스트리핑하여 물을 제거하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여 세정제, 분산제 및 녹방지 마찰개선제로서 유용한 윤활유용 과염기화 알킬리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 석유 산화침적물 첨가제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)및 e)의 알칼리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물이 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 바륨 및 스트론튬으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 단계 b) 및 e)의 알칼리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물이 산화물, 수산화물, 탄산염, 설포네이트, 페네이트, 살리실레이트 및 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물로 이루어짖 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 알칼리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물은 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 바륨 및 스트론튬의 산화물, 수산화물 및, 탄산염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 단계 e)의 알칼리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물은 설포네이트, 페네이트, 살리실레이트 및 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 e) 에서 알칼리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물이 적어도 2TBN (Total Base Number)에 상응하는 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산화 가스가 분자 산소를 함유하는 방법.
  7. 과염기환된 석유 산화침적물이 과염기화된 알칼리 금속 석유 산화침적물 또는 과염기화된 알칼리 토금속 석유 산화침적물인, 제1항의 방법으로 제조한 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물 첨가제 및 과염기화된 알칼리 토금속 석유 산화침적물 첨가제.
  8. 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물이 과염기화된 칼슘 석유 산화침적물인, 제1항의 방법으로 제조한 과염기화된 삭유 산화침적물.
  9. 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물이 과염기화된 마그네슘 석유 산화침적물인, 제1항의 방법으로 제조한 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물.
  10. 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물이 과염기화된 나트륨 석유 산화침적물인, 제1항의 방법으로 제조한 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물.
  11. 윤활유 또는 그리이스 및 제1항의 방법으로 제조한 과염기화된 알칼리 금속 석유 산화침적물 또는 과염기화된 알칼리 토금속 석유 산화침적물로 이루어진 윤활조성물.
  12. 설포네이트, 페네이트 또는 살리실레이트를 석유산화침적물의 존재하에 탄화시킴으로써 석유 산화침적물 및 설포네이트, 페네이트 또는 살리실레이트를 과염기화 하여 투명성과 점성이 증진된 개선된 과염기화된 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 설포네이트, 페네이트 또는 살리실레이트를 제조하기 위한 가공개선제인 제1항에 단계 d)의 석유 산화침적물.
  13. 석유 산화침적물을 산화물, 수산화물 및 알콕사이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물에 가하여 혼합물을 형성하고, 혼합물을 탄화시켜 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물을 형성하는 제1항에 단계 d)의 석유 산화침적물.
  14. 식유 산화침적물 및 설포네이트, 페네이트 또는 살리실네이트를 산화물, 수산화물 및 알콕사이드로부터 선택된 알킬리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속에 가하여 혼합물을 형성하고, 혼합물을 탄화시켜 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물을 함유하는 과염기화된 혼합물을 형성하는 제1항의 단계 d)의 석유 산화침적물.
  15. 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물과 과염기화된 설포네이트로 이루어진 제14항의 과염기화된 혼합물.
  16. 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물과 과염기화된 페네이트로 이루어진 제14항의 과염기화된 혼합물.
  17. 과염기화된 석유 산화침적물과 과염기화된 살리실레이트로 이루어진 제14항의 과염기화된 혼합물.
