Claims (14)
- (a) 탄소질 재료와 석고의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계와, (b) 그 혼합물을 이동화격자에 장입시키는 단계와, (c) 장입된 혼합물을 화염과 후화염 구역들을 통하여 연속으로 옮기도록 이동 화격자를 이동시키는 단계와, (d) 고체 소결된 재료와 아황산가스, 황 또는 그의 혼합물들을 함유하는 가스유출물을 발생시키기도록 화염속에서 화격자상의 장입물을 가열하는 단계와, (e) 가스유출물의 일부를 화염구역으로부터 후화염구역내의 장입물을 통하여 통과시키는 단계로 구성되는 석고의 탈황방법에 있어서, 탄소질 재료와 석고의 혼합물에 황철광 또는 Fe와 S로 나타나는 그의 등가물을 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 혼합물은 건조중량 기준으로, (a) 약 50-약 80중량%의 석고와, (b) 약 3-약11중량%의 탄소와 같은 탄소질 재료와, (c) 약1-약20중량퍼센트의 황철광 또는 그의 등가물로 구성되는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제2항에서, 상기 탄소질 재료는 코우크스, 석유 코우크스 또는 석탄인 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제3항에서, 상기 탄소질 재료는 석유 코우크스인 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제3항에서, 탄소질 재료는 고황함유 석탄인 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 혼합물은 점토, 석회, 재생고체 소결 재료 또는 그의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제1항에서, 후화염구역내의 장입물을 통과하는 가스 유출물 부분은 화염구역으로부터의 가스유출물과 결합하고 또한 후화염구역내의 장입물을 통과하는 가스유출물 부분은 결합된 가스유출물로부터 취해지는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 혼합물은 건조중량 기준으로, (a) 약 55-약75중량%의 석고와, (b) 약4-약9중량%의 탄소와 같은 탄소질 재료와, (c) 약 5-약15중량%의 황철광 또는 Fe 와 S로 나타나는 그의 등가물과, (d) 약 0-약5중량%의 점토, 석회 또는 그의 혼합물과 그리고 (e) 약5-약25중량%의 재생고체 소결재료로 구성되는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제8항에서, 상기 점토, 석회 또는 그의 혼합물은 약1-2중량%의 양이 존재하는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제8항에서, 상기 재생 소결물질은 약10-20중량%의 양이 존재하는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제1항에서, 탄소질 재료, 석고 및 황철광 또는 Fe 와 S로 나타나는 그의 등가물의 상기 혼합물은 상기 이동화격자에 장입되기 전에 펠레트들을 형성하도록 구형화되는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 고체 소결 재료는 화격자로부터 배출되어 탄소질 재료와 석고의 상기 혼합물에 첨가되어 재생되는 것이 특징인 석고의 탈황방법.
