Claims (40)

  1. 사전에 피검물에 투여한 시아닌 염료-표시된 세포의 위치를 결정하는 것으로 구성되는 피검물에서 생체내의 세포를 추적하는 방법.
  2. 시아닌 염료-표시된 세포들이 종양 세포를 찾으므로서 초기 또는 전이성 종양세포를 탐지하는 제1항의 방법.
  3. 시아닌 염료-표시된 세포가 임파구나 자연소멸성 세포인 제2항의 방법.
  4. 임파구나 자연소멸 세포가 대상체에 투여전에 활성을 띄는 제3항의 방법.
  5. 종양세포를 찾는 시아닌 염료-표시된 세포들이 단구인 제2항의 방법.
  6. 종양세포를 찾는 세포들이 단구에 결합된 단일클론 항체에 특유한 종양을 갖는 단 핵세포여서 종양세포인식을 유지하도록 하는 제2항의 방법.
