제2도는 짝으로 될 수 있는 래치 다운 모듈러 플러그와 함께,본 발명의 양호한 2-편 높이가 낮은 형태의 직각 모듈러 폰 잭의 분해 사시도.
제3도는 새롭고 개량된 본발명의 양호한 2-편 높이가 낮은 형태의 모듈러 폰 잭용 하우징 장치의 측단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 인쇄 회로 기판의 상부 표면상에 장착되는 형태의 직각 모듈러 폰 잭 배열에 있어서, 전방 상대 단부,흑방 단부 및 하부 래치 수용영역을 갖고 있는 전방 상대 단부내에 형성된 플러그 수용 개구에 의해 정해지는 모듈러 플러그 수용 소켓을 갖고 있는 하우징 장치, 전방 단부로부터 소켓 내로 대각선으로 연장되는 한단부에서의 접촉부, 다른 단부에서의 리드부 및 접촉보와 리드부 사이의 중간부를 각각 포함하는 하우징에 장착된 다수의 기다란 금속 도체, 및 하우징 장치를 인쇄 회로 기판에 부착시키기 위한 장치를 포함하고, 대향 측 표면에 의해 결합된 대향 상부 및 하부 표면들이 하우징 내의 후방 표면을 결합시키기 위해 플러그수용 개구로부터 연장되며, 개량점이 하우징 장치가 소켓을 정하도록 인쇄 회로 기판 표면과 상호작용 함으로써 하우징 장치 아래에 배치된 인쇄 히로 기판의 상부 표면이 소켓의 하부 표면이고, 전방 상대 단부가 연부를 지나 연장되도록 인쇄 히로 기판 상에 장착되며, 플러그 수용 개구의 하부 래치 수용 영역이 인쇄회로 기판의 상부 표면 아래에 있도록 전방 상대 단부가 하우징 장치의 나머지 부분에 관련하여 하향으로 오프셋되는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잭 배열.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회로 기판이 대향 하부 표면을 포함하고, 전방 상대 단부의 최하부 연장부가 회로 기판의 하부 표면에 의해 정해진 평면과 같은 높이인 것을 특징으로 하는 잭 배열.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전방 상대 단부가 각각의 대향 측벽들로부터의 대향 연장부, 및 대향 측벽 연장부들을 결합시키고 상부 표면 상에서 내부에 정해진 하부 래치 수용 영역을 포함하는 하부 립 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잭 배열.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전방 상대 단부가 측벽 연장부들을 결합시키는 대향 상부벽 연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잭 배열.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 하부 립, 상부벽 연장부 및 각각의 대향 측벽 연장부의 내부 표면들이 플러그 수용개구로부터 플러그 수용 소켓내로 연장되는 플레어 입구를 정하도록 내향하는 데이터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잭 배열
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 하부 래치 수용 영역이 하부 립 부재 전장의 중간 지점에서 하부 립 부재의 상부 표면상에 배치되고 래치 다운 모듈러 플러그 상에 포함된 상보 래칭 연장부들과 상호작용하기 위해 배치된 다수의 래칭 견부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잭 배열.
