Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to improve welding efficiently, by fitting an impeller, to the inserting groove of hab of which a blade is inserted, to a rotating body which rotates freely around its rotating axis, in a prescribed manner through fitting shaft and by making arrangement so that welding on blade may be performed through intermittent rotation of the rotating body.
CONSTITUTION: In the jig whicn performs welding by inserting blade 1 into the inserting groove which has a prescribed angle with the axis and which is installed on hab 2 of the impeller, the impeller is fitted to rotating body 10, one end of which can rotate freely around rotating axis 16, and the other end is composed of plates 11 and 12 which make revolutional movement by means of cam 21 through driven wheel 18 through fitting shaft 24 which can be moved little by little for a prescribed angle at each movement by motor 26, so that one of the above-mentioned blade inserting groove will become parallel to the above-mentioned rotating axis 16 under a condition where impeller 1 is fitted. When the above-mentioned jig is put in an electron beam welding room and welding is performed on the blade by changing angle of impeller intermittently through the work of cam 21, the welding can be perfomed efficiently and man/hour is reduced.
