제3도는 특허청구 범위 제4항에 따른 강의 티탄 함유유부별 결정립의 크기를 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (5)
- 탄소:0.2-0.5%, 실리콘:0.4-1.0%, 망간:0.8-1.8%, 황:0.008-0.2%, 크롬:0-0.7%, 알루미늄:0-0.1%, 질소:0-0.04%, 티탄:0.01-0.05%와 철, 용해과정 중에 함유된 불순물 및 결정입계상에 석출된 황화물로 이루어지고, 1300℃이하의 온도에서 높은 미세 결정립 저항성을 갖는 구조용 마이크로 합금강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 0.2% 이하의 바나듐과 0.1% 이하의 니오브가 함유된 구조용 마이크로 합금강.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탄소:0.20-0.35%, 실리콘:0.5-0.8%, 망간:1.0-1.7%, 황:0.01-0.09%, 크롬:0.2-0.5%, 알루미늄:0.015-0.06%, 질소:0.015-0.030%, 바나듐:0.05-0.015% 및/또는 니오브:0.02-0.10%, 티탄 0.01-0.04%, 용해과정중에 함유된 불순물이 포함된 잔여철로 이루어지며, 1300℃이하의 온도에서의 열간작업이나 어닐링시 높은 미세 결정립 저항성을 나타내고, 인장강도 800N/㎟ 이상, 550N/㎟ 이상의 0.2% 항복강도, 파단연신율 15% 이상, 파단시의 단면수축율 45% 이상, 실온에서 DVM 샘플상의 노치충격치 25Joule 이상을 나타내는 구조용 마이크로 합금강.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탄소:0.35-0.45%, 실리콘:0.5-0.8%, 망간:1.0-1.7%, 황:0.01-0.9%, 크롬:0.2-0.5%, 알루미늄:0.015-0.06%, 질소:0.15-0.030%, 바나듐:0.5-0.15% 및/또는 니오브:0.02-0.10%, 티탄:0.01-0.04% 용해과정중에 함유된 불순물이 포함된 잔여철로 이루어지며, 1300℃이하의 온도에서의 열간작업이나 어닐링시 높은 미세 결정립 저항성을 나타내고, 인장강도 850N/㎟ 이상 600N/㎟ 이상의 0.2% 항복강도, 파단연신율 12% 이상, 파단시의 단면 수축율 40%이상, 실온에서 DVM 샘플상의 노치충격치 25Joule 이상을 나타내는 구조용 마이크로 합금강.
