Claims (9)

  1. (5R,6S,8R)-6-(1-하이드록시에틸)-2-(3R-피롤리딘-2-온-3-일) 티오페넴-3-카복실산, 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 에스테르.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속염인 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 나트륨인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속염인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아민염인 화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 화합물과 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체와의 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  7. 세균성 감염의 치료에 유용한 약제학적 조성물을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 화합물의 용도.
  8. 제1항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체와 혼합함을 특징으로 하여 약제학적 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  9. A) 하기 일반식 (4)의 화합물을 하기 일반식 (5)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, B) 하기 일반식 (2)의 화합물을 염기의 존재하에서, 하기 구조식 (3)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, C) 하기 구조식 (6)의 화합물을 3가 유기-인 화합물과 반응시킨 후, 필요한 경우에 따라, (i) 하나 또는 그 이상의 보호된 그룹을 탈보호시키거나 ; (ii) 입체이성체를 분리하거나 ; (iii) 유기산을 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 또는 대사가능한 에스테르로 전환시키거나 ; (iv) 염 또는 에스테르를 유기산으로 전환시키거나 ; (v) 에스테르를 에스테르 교환반응 시키거나, 또는 에스테르를 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 전환시키거나 ; (vi) 염을 다른 염 또는 에스테르로 전환시키는 조작 중의 하나 이상을 수행함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따르는 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, X알칼리금속이며, L1은 이탈 그룹이고, R은 그룹와 상이한 유기라디칼이며, 일반식 (4), (2) 및 (6)에서 작용성 그룹 -OH 및 -COOH는 필요한 경우에 따라 보호 된다.
