제 1 도는 본 발명 멀칭 필름(mulching film)의 한 태양의 사시도를 도시한 것이고,
제 2 도는 본 발명 멀칭 필름의 다른 태양의 사시도를 도시한 것이며,
제 3 내지 5 도는 이들 멀칭 필름의 단면도를 각각 도시한 것이고,
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
1 : 무기 화합물을 함유하는 반사 필름 층
2 : 카본 블랙 등을 함유하는 흑색 필름 층
3 : 투과 개공 4 : 용융 천공법으로 제조된 투과 개공
5 : 열 밀봉 대역 6 : 공기 층

Claims (7)

  1. 자외선 피크 반사율(RA)와 파장 0.5㎛에서의 가시 광선 반사율(RB)와의 비율(RA/RB)이 1.4 이상인 반사 스펙트럼과 파장 0.4㎛ 미만에서 반사 피크를 갖는 반사 필름 층과 흑색 필름 층으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 해충 퇴치 및 지하 온도 저하용 멀칭 필름.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 언급된 반사 필름 층이 무기 화합물을 함유하는열 가소성 수지층인 필름.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 언급된 무기 화합물이 티타네이트 화합물인 필름.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 언급된 무기 화합물이 지르코늄 화합물인 필름.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2층 압출 다이가 설비된 공압출 필름 가공기에 의해 제조된 라미네이트 필름인 필름.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 개공 직경 0.3 내지 10mm및 개공율 0.1 내지 5%의 투과 개공을 갖는 라미네이트 필름인 필름.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기 화합물을 함유하는 수지 조성물의 반사 필름층과 흑색 필름층을 적층하여 수득된 필름을 용융 천공시켜 개공의 주위부에서는 서로 접착되도록 하고 다른 부위에서는 중간 공기층을 갖도록 제조되며, 개공 직경 0.3 mm 10mm및 개공비 0.1 내지 5%의 투과 개공을 가지며, 반사 필름층과 흑색 필름층으로 이루어진, 접착된 2층 라미네이트 필름인 필름.
