Claims (10)
1-락티드의 중합으로 얻어진 흡수성 중합체 및 보강물질로 이루어진 골격고정기구.
제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체가 1-락티드 및 dl-락티드의 공중합으로 얻어진 기구.
제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체가 1-락티드 및 글리코리드의 공중합으로 얻어진 기구.
제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체가1-락티드 및 1,3-디옥신-2-온의 공중합으로 얻어진 기구.
제 1 항에 내지 제 4 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 보강물질이 충전물인 장비.
제 5 항에 있어서, 충전물이 인산 삼칼슘, 수산화인회석, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 기구.
제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 보강물질이 알루미나, 폴리 (p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드),폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 초고탄성폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 복수의 섬유로부터 제조되는 기구.
제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 중합체가 약 1.5 내지 3.5dl/g(CHCI3내 0.5g/dl)의 고유점도를 갖는 기구.
제 8 항에 있어서, 보강물질이 근복적으로 적어도 하나의 알루미나 섬유로써 이루어지며, 약 10,000 내지 25,000 psi의 휨강도 : 약1*106내지 5*106psi의 휨 탄성율 ; 초기휨 강도가 생체내에서 3개월 동안은 약30% 및 생체내에서 6개월 동안은 60%의 손실을 갖고 ; 초기 휨 탄성율이 생체내에 3개월 동안은 약25% 및 생체내에 6개월간은 45%의 손실을 갖는 기구.
제 9 항에 있어서, 알루미나 섬유가 약 10 내지 60부피%를 이루는 기구.
