제2도와 제3도는 일회투입 챔바(dosing-chamber)/분배장치가 있는 것과 없는 것의 액체용 저장용기의 사시도.

Claims (12)

  1. 액체, 특히 농축음료(beverage concentrates)를 액체를 위한 저장용기의 수단에 의해, 작동위치에 있을 때 바닥에 위치된 저장용기의 분배개구부에서, 준배하고 측정된 분배를 하기 위해 일회투입-챔바 하우징(dosing-chamber housing)내에서 변위될 수 있는 슬라이딩 제어밸브에 의해 교대로 폐쇄될 수 있는 주입-및 배출측 개구부를 가진 하나의 일회투입챔바/분배장치(dosing chambe/dispensing fixture)가 있는 배열에 있어서, 저장용기(4)가 가스불투과성이고 실질적으로 가요성인 포일 백(foil bag)(11)과, 실질적으로 형상이 안정하고, 공기 불투과성이며 가요성 포일백(11)을 싸고 있는 저장용기벽(12)를 포함하고, 가요성 포일백(11)과 실질적으로 형상이 안정한 용기벽(12)이 분배 개구부를 형성하는 연결파이프소켓(5)에 부착되어 있고 여기에 일회투입챔바/분배장치(6)가 연결될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 형상이 안정한 용기벽(12)이 직육면체 형상으로 가요성 포일백(11)을 싸고 있음을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  3. 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, 용기벽(12)이 가요성 포일백(11)을 연결파이프소켓(5)에 연결하는 수단에 의해 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 용기벽(12)이 섬유판 카톤(fiberboard carton)으로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  5. 일회용 투입챔바/분배장치를 가지고 이 속에 파이프벽 속으로 집중된 솔레노이드 플런져/전자석 시스템의 솔레노이드 플런져를 가진 관상슬라이딩 제어밸브가 종방향으로 배열되고, 제1항에 따르는 배열에 있어서, 일회투입챔바/분배장치(6)속으로 열린 주입-측 방출개구부(19)가 전술한 일회투입 챔바/분배장치(6)의 헤드영역(head area)의 중심에 위치되고 전술한 방출개구부(19)반대측에 관상 슬라이딩 제어밸브(15)상에 밸브-폐쇄디스크(21)가 장착되어 있어 이를 통하여 방출개구부(19)가 덮개형식으로 슬라이딩 제어밸브의 운동방향으로 일회투입챔바하우징(14)의 전체 내부를 폐쇄할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 일회투입 챔바/분배장치(6)의 주입-측 방출개구부(19)속으로 돌출하는 안내리브(25)가 밸브-씨일링 디스크(21)위의 슬라이딩 제어밸브(15)상에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  7. 제5항 혹은 제6항에 있어서, 종방향으로 배향된 안내리브(27)가 관상의 슬라이딩 제어밸브의 외부자켓과 일회투입챔바/분배장치(6)의 원통형벽(14)사이에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 종방향으로 배열된 안내리브(27)가 관상의 슬라이딩 제어밸브(15)의 외부자켓상에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주입-측 방출개구부(19)가, 측벽(28,28')이 내부체적(28,28')을 싸고 있는 일회투입챔바/분배장치(6)의 하우징(14)에 착탈가능하게 고착되어 하우징카바(13,13')에 위치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 일회투입챔바/분배장치(6)가 액체용 용기의 구성부품임을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  11. 제9항 혹은 제10항에 있어서, 하우징카바(13,13')의 벽(28,28')이 측정될 액체의 체적에 따라 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 배열.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하우징카바가 파괴조인트(30)를 가져 보조용기(4)의 분배개구부로부터 일회투입 하우징(14)을 일차제기한 후 하우징 카바가 하우징카바 플랜지(31)로부터 분리되게 함을 특징으로 하는 배열.
