제1도는 종래의 이음매 용접장치의 블럭도,
제2(a)도는 제1도 장치에 인가된 용접전압과 용접전류를 나타낸 그래프,
제2(b)도는 제2(a)도에 도시된 용접전류에 의해 용융형성되어진 용접비드의 일실시예를 나타내는 설명도.
Claims (3)
- 대향배치된 상하롤러전극사이에 와이어 전극을 설치해서, 이들 와이어전극사이에다 금속판이나 표면피복금속판의 모재를 안내하여 상하롤러전극사이에서 가압하면서 통전시켜 줌으로써 가열용융하여 상기 모재를 용접해 주도록 된 이음매용접장치에 있어서, 3상교류전원을 전파정류하여 직류전압을 얻도록 된 정류회로(11)와, 상기 직류전압을 평활하하는 평활회로(12), 상기 평활화된 직류전압을 교번적으로 극성이 변하는 펄스파 전압으로 변화해주는 변환회로(13), 이 변환회로(13)의 출력측에 접속됨과 아울러 상기 상하롤러전극(1,2)사이에 펄스파전압을 인가하는 변압기(14)등으로 구성되면서, 변압기(14)의 1차측과 상기 변환회로(13)의 출력측사이에 콘덴서(15)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 이음매용접장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환회로(13)에는 그 출력측에서 검출된 출력전류를 기준치와 비교하여 그 증감분에 상응하는 신호를 상기 변환회로(13)에 피이드백시켜줌으로써 상기 출력전류를 기준치로 유지시켜 주도록 보상회로(17)가 설치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이음매용접장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보상회로(17)에는 변환회로(13)에서 출력되는 펄스전압의 주파수를 변화시켜주도록 주파수 가변장치가 설치되어진 것을 특징으로하는 이음매용접장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
