Claims (2)
- 에틸알코올 40-60%의 수용액에 식첨용 프로필렌 글리콜 2-20%을 배합하여, 동결점이 -45℃ 이하 임을 특징으로하는 식품동결용의 담금동결액.
- 제1항의 식품동결용의 담금동결액에 있어서, 안정제로서 글루타민산나트륨 0.5중량%이하, 사과산나트륨 1중량% 이하를 첨가한것을 특징으로 하는 식품동결용의 담금동결액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
