기능절환회로
제1도는 본 고안의 회로도이다.
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
VRG : 정전압회로 VCC1, VCC2 : 동작전원
SW : 소프트스위치 RL1, RL2 : 부하
본 고안은 AM/FM 라디오 또는 그밖의 전자기기에 적용하여 소전력으로 기능을 절환시킬 수 있는 절환 회로에 관한것이다.
종래에 사용되면 일반적인 절환스위치는 대부분 기계적 스위치로서 외부로 돌출된 돌기부를 밀거나 당김에 의해 절환동작이 이루어지기때문에 상기 스위치의 조작시 마찰에 의한 잡음이 많이 발생되고, 접속위치가 정확하지 못하면 부정확하게 되며, 장기간사용에 따른 접촉부의 마모에 의해 접속이 불안정하게 되거나 무리한 힘을 가하게 되면 돌기부가 파손되기 쉬운 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기한 제반 결점을 개선한 것으로, 스위치에 의한 잡음이 없고 전원절환이 정확하도록 소전력 스위치, 예를들어, 소프트 스위치 또는 타치스위치등을 사용하여 트랜지스터의 스위칭동작을 제어하므로써 각 기능에 따른 전원을 공급할수 있도록 된 기능절환회로를 제공함에 목적이 있다.
이하 본 고안의 구성 및 작용, 효과를 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 트랜지스터(TR1)의 스위칭을 제어하기 위한 동작전원(Vcc1)이 연결된 절환스위치(SW)에는 저항(R1)(R2)을 매개하여 트랜지스터(TR1)의 베이스가 연결되고, 트랜지스터(TR1)의 컬렉터에는 바이어스 저항(R3)(R4)을 매개하여 트랜지스터(TR2)가 연결되어서 트랜지스터(TR2)의 컬렉터와 에이터에 저항(R5)과 트랜지스터(TR3)가 연결되는 한편 트랜지스터(TR2)(TR3)의 에미터에 저항(R6∼R8) 및 제너다이오드(ZD), 콘덴서(C1), 트렌지스터(TR4)로 구성된 정전압회로(VRG)가 연결된 구조로 되어있다.
미설명부호 RL1, RL2는 부하를 나타낸다.
제1도는 본고안의 회로도를 나타낸 것으로, 동작전원(Vcc2)이 저항(R6)을 통하여 트랜지스터(TR4)의 컬렉터에 인가되는 한편, 저항(R6)에는 저항(R7)을 통하여 제너 다이오드(ZD)가 연결되어 있기 때문에 트랜지스터(TR4)의 컬렉터에는 제너다이오드(ZD)의 제너전압에 저항(R7)에 걸리는 전압이 합해진 전압이상으로는 인가되지 않는다.
또한 저항(R7)과 제너다이오드(ZD)와의 접속점에서 저항(R8)을 통해 트랜지스터(TR4)의 베이스와 콘덴서(C1)가 연결되어 있기 때문에 트랜지스터(TR4)의 베이스에도 항상 일정한 전압이 인가되어 에미터의 전위에 따라 동작전원(Vcc2)이 일정한 레벨로서 트랜지스터(TR4)의 에미터로 공급된다.
소프트스위치(SW)가 오프되어 있는 상태에서는 저항(R1)(R2)에 공급되는 전원이 없으므로 NPN형인 트랜지스터(TR1)의 베이스에 바이어스 전압이 인가되지 않아서 트랜지스터(TR1)가 턴 오프된다.
또한 턴 오프되어서 임피던스가 무한대로 된 트랜지스터(TR1)의 컬렉터에는 저항(R3)을 통해 트랜지스터(TR2)의 베이스가 연결되어 있고, 또한 상기 트랜지스터(TR2)의 베이스에는 저항(R4)을 통해 정전압회로(VRG)의 출력단인 트랜지스터(TR4)의 에미터가 연결되어 있으며, PNP형인 트랜지스터(TR2)의 에미터에도 트랜지스터(TR4)의 에미터가 연결되어 있으므로, 트렌지스터(TR2)의 컬렉터에는 접지측에는 부하(RL2)를 통해 부전압이 공급되고 트렌지스터(TR2)의 베이스에는 정전압회로(VRG)에서 출력된 전압이 저항(R4)을 통해 공급되어 트랜지스터(TR2)가 턴 온되게 된다.
따라서 정전압회로(VRG)에서 출력되는 전류는 트랜지스터(TR2)의 에미터와 컬렉터를 통해 부하(RL2)로 공급되는 것이다. 여기서 부하(RL2)는 AM 부 또는 FM부로 되어서 트랜지스터(TR2)를 통해 공급되는 동작전압의 유무에 따라 부하(RL2)의 동작이 가능한 것이다.
트렌지스터(TR2)가 턴온된상태에서는 트랜지스터(TR3)의 베이스와 에미터의 전위가 동전위가 되어 턴 오프된 상태로 머물러 있게 되므로 트랜지스터(TR3)를 통해 부하(RL1)로 공급되는 전원은 차단된다.
이와 반대로, 부하(RL2)의 전원을 차단시키고 부하(RL1)의 전원을 공급할때는 소프트스위치(SW)를 온시키면 된다.
그러면 스위치(SW)를 통해 공급되는 전원은 저항(R1)(R2)의 비에 따라 트랜지스터(TR1)의 베이스로 공급되어 트랜지스터(TR1)를 턴온시켜서 저항(R3)에서 트랜지스터(TR2)의 베이스로 부전압이 인가되어 트랜지스터(TR2)의 베이스와 컬렉터는 전위차가 거의 존재하지 않게 되므로 트렌지스터(TR2)가 턴-오프된다.
한편 트랜지스터(TR3)의 베이스에는 접지측에서 부하(RL2)와 저항(R5)을 통해 전압이 공급되고 트랜지스터(TR3)의 컬렉터에는 부하(RL1)를 통해 전압이 공급되는데 이때는 저항(R5)의 설정치에 따라 트렌지스터(TR3)의 베이스 바이어스전위를 형성시킬 수 있으므로 트랜지스터(TR3)가 턴온 될 수 있는것이다.
따라서 정전압회로(VRG)의 출력단에서 공급되는 전원은 턴온된 트랜지스터(TR3)의 에미터와 컬렉터를 통해 부하(RL1)로 공급되므로 부하(RL1)가 동작 될 수 있는 것이다.
여기서 부하(RL1)도 AM부 또는 FM부를 연결하여 사용할 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 본고안은 두가지 기능을 가진 기기에서 부하(RL1) 또는 부하(RL2)로 공급되는 동작전원을 절환을 위하여 스위치의 절환시 발생되는 잡음이 없고 소전력으로 동작시킬 수 있는 소프트스위치를 이용하므로써 전원절환이 정확하고, 고장률이 적으며, 보다 영구적인 장점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 트랜지스터(TR1)의 스위칭을 제어하기 위한 동작전원(Vcc1)이 연결된 절환스위치(SW)에는 저항(R1)(R2)을 매개하여 트랜지스터(TR1)의 베이스가 연결되고, 트랜지스터(TR1)의 컬렉터에는 바이어스 저항(R3)(R4)을 매개하여 트랜지스터(TR2)가 연결되어서 트랜지스터(TR2)가 연결되어서 트랜지스터(TR2)의 컬렉터와 에미터에 저항(R5)과 트랜지스터(TR3)가 연결되는 한편, 트랜지스터(TR2)(TR3)의 에미터에 저항(R6∼R8) 및 제너다이오드(ZD), 콘덴서(C1), 트랜지스터(TR4)로 구성된 정전압회로(VRG)가 연결되어 있는 기능절환회로.
