Claims (3)

  1. 각각의 내면에 투명전극(5)·(6)과 배향제어막(9)·(10)을 형성한 한 쌍의 상·하 유리기판(1)·(2)을 봉착하고, 그 사이의 공 셀 내에 콜레스테릭 도판트가 혼합된 네마틱 액정을 주입하여 편광광의 복굴절 효과에 의해 문자, 도형, 기호 등의 표시동작을 수행하는 SBE 액정표시 소자에 있어서, 상기 배향 제어막(9)·(10)이 6-나일론과 글리시딜 에스테르 타이프의 애폭시 수지 및 유기 티타네이트를 혼합한 유기 고분자 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 SBE 액정표시 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배향제어막(9)·(10)의 표면(7)·(8)은 90°-115°의 각도로 러빙 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 SBE 액정표시 소자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배향 제어막(9)·(10)의 사이에서 액정분자가 245°-270°의 각도로 트위스트된 것을 특징으로 하는 SBE 액정표시 소자.
