제1도는 본 발명에 의한 기밀 연결 장치를 정렬되지 않은 2파이프의 단부 사이에 설치시키는 것을 나타낸 개략도. 제2도는 연결 장치가 파이프의 단부 사이에 위치하였을 때 그 장치의 여러 부재들의 위치를 나타내는 제1도의 유사도. 제3도는 죄거나 고정시킨 후의 상태를 나타낸 제2도의 유사도.

Claims (10)

  1. 축이 정렬되지 않고 견고하게 고정된 2파이프의 기밀 연결 장치에 있어서, 단부 표면 및 상기 단부 표면에 대하여 반대 방향을 향하는 베어링 면을 각각 가지며 상기 파이프의 단부와 일체로된 2개의 제1플랜지와 ; 동축인 2튜브 부재가 포함되고, 제1튜브 부재의 한 원통형 단부는 제2튜브 부재의 나사난 단부에 미끄럼 수용되고, 각 튜브 부재의 반대쪽 단부에는 제1플랜지 중의 하나의 단부 표면과 마주보는 단부 표면을 가지는 제2플랜지가 형성되고, 제1 및 제2플랜지를 마주보는 단부 표면 중의 하나는 구면이고 다른 표면은 평면이며; 상기 제1 및 제2프랜지의 마주보는 단부 표면사이에 위치하는 2개의 제1 0링 ; 제2플랜지의 근처에서 상기 튜브부재에 각각 형성된 2나사와 결합되고 제1플랜지의 베어링면과 접촉할 수 있는 베어링 면을 각각 가진 0링용 유지 너트 ; 상기 튜브 부재 사이에서 제2튜브 부재의 나사난 단부에 나사 결합되는 기밀 연결 너트 ; 제2튜브 부재와 연결 너트의 단부에 각각 형성되어 마주보는 2원뿔형 표면 사이에서 제1튜브 부재의 원통형 단부 둘레에 위치한 제3 0링이 포함되고, 상기 원뿔형 표면 사이의 거리는 반경 방향 안쪽으로 갈수록 증가하는 기밀 연결 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1튜브 부재는 그 원통형 단부와 인접한 곳에서 나사난 부분을 가지며, 상기 나사난 부분에 결합되어 2튜브 부재를 분리시키는 너트가, 연결너트를 제1튜브 부재의 반대쪽 단부를 향하여 이동시키도록 연결 너트에 형성된 접촉면과 접촉하는 부재와 연동되는 기밀 연결 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 슬리이브가 자유롭게 회전할 수 있도록 제1부재에 장착되고 회전 수단에 의하여 분리용 너트와 연동되는 기밀 연결 장치.
  4. 제1에 있어서, 2튜브 부재 사이의 상대적 회전을 방지하기 위한 수단이 구비된 기밀 연결 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 각 튜브 부재는 적절한 공구에 의하여 그 회전 운동이 방지되도록 하는 부분을 적어도 하나 가지는 기밀 연결 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 튜브 부재는 제2플랜지의 근처에서 제2플랜지가 형성된 내측 튜브부와 상기 나사가 형성된 외측 튜브부를 가지며, 상기 2튜브부는 로크 너트에 비해서 제2플랜지로부터 멀리 떨어진 위치에서 서로 연결되는 기밀 연결 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제1플랜지는 베어링 면과 단부 표면이 서로 마주보는 요람형으로 되어 있는 기밀 연결 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 0링이 금속 조인트인 기밀 연결 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 제10링이 처리판에 장착되어 있는 기밀 연결 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 제1플랜지의 단부 표면이 평면이고 제2플랜지의 단부 표면이 구면인 기밀 연결 장치.
