Claims (15)

  1. 공정에 공급되는 단량체를 기준으로 약 0.7몰 %내지 약 3.0몰%의 수조존재하에 프로필렌을 액상으로 유지시키기에 충분한 반응기 압력과 약 54.4℃(130℉)내지 약 79,5℃ (175℉)의 온도에서 프로필렌 약 65내지 약 90중량%, 에틸렌 약 10내지 약 30중량%와 C4-C8알파-올레핀 약 0 내지 약 15중량%을 중합시키고 하기(a)와 (b)로 이루어진 조성물을 촉매로 적용하고 13C NMR 스펙트럼으로 결정했을때 약 3내지 약 5범위의 입체규칙도 지수를 갖는 본질적으로 비결정성이고 랜덤 공중합체를 회수하는 것으로 이루어진 본질적으로 비결정성인 공중합체의 제조방법.
    (a) (i)첨가된 전자주개없이 마그네슘 할라이드 지지 염기와 알루미늄 트리할라이드를 함께 분쇄하고(ii)이후 첨가된 전자주개없이 단계(i)의 생성물과 티탄테트 라할라이드를 함께 분쇄하는 것으로 이루어진 방법에 의한 제조된 고형물 촉매성분과 (b) 약 50 : 1 내지 약 600 : 1의 범위로 AL/Ti 비율을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 각 알킬기내에 탄소원자 1내지 9개를 갖는 트리알킬알루미늄 약 15내지 약 90몰%와 분자당 최소한 하나의 할라이드 기를 갖는 알킬알루미늄 할라이드 약 85내지 내 10몰%의 혼합물로 이루어진 조촉 매성분.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 각각의 할라이드가 클로라이드이고, 각각의 알킬이 에틸기이고 알킬알루미늄 할라이드가 디에틸 알루미늄 클로라이드인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합이 C4-C8알파-올레핀의 부재하에 수행되고 회수된 삼원공중합체가 약 3내지 약 4의 입체규칙도 지수를 갖는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입력이 약 400psig 내지 약 550psig이고 온도가 약 65.6℃(150℉) 내지 약 71.1℃(160℉)인 방법.
  5. 제2에 있어서, 고형물 촉매 성분속에서 알루미늄 클로라이드에 대한 마그네슘 클로라이드의 몰비가 약 8 : 0.5내지 약 8 : 3.0의 범위인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비율이 약 8 : 1내지 약 8 : 1.5의 범위인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 고형물 촉매 성분속에서 티탄 테트라클로라이드에 대한 마그네슘 클로라이드의 몰비가 약 8 : 0.4내지 약 8 : 1의 범위인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 몰비가 약 8 : 0.4내지 약 8 : 0.6의 범위인 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 조촉매 혼합물의 트리에틸알루미늄 함량이 약 40내지 약 60몰%의 범위인 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, Al/Ti 비율이 약 90 : 1내지 약 300 : 1사이에서 유지되는 방법.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 수소가 공정에 공급된 총 단량체를 기준으로 약 1.2내지 약 2.5몰% 사이에서 유지되는 방법.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 약 1시간 내지 약 3시간의 평균 체류시간에서 연속 조건하에 수행된 방법.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 반응기 슬러리의 고형물 함량이 약 30중량% 내지 약 60중량% 사이에서 유지되는 방법.
  14. 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌 농도가 증가됨에 따라 수소 농도가 증가되어 일정한 점도의 생성물이 생기게 되는 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 에틸렌 농도가 증가됨에 따라 수소농도가 증가되어 일정한 점도의 생성물이 생기게 되는 방법.
