승용차용 바닥매트(mat)

본고안은 자동차의 내부바닥에 깔아 사용하는 승용차용 바닥매트(mat)의 개량에 관한 것이다.
종래에 사용되었던 승용차용 바닥매트(Mats)로는 Rubber-Mats나 카페트 Mats 등의 여러가지 종류가 많았으나 Rubber-Mats는 바닥면이 미끄럽고 무게가 무거워 청소제나 사용중에 접혀 꺾어지거나 찢어지는 등의 결점이 있었으며 또한 카페트 Mats는 푹신한 감촉을 느낄 수 있는 잇점은 있으나 표면의 털사이에 먼지나 흙 등의 더러운 이물질이 깊이 끼게 되므로 청소시 이를 제거하기가 매우 힘이 들고, 세탁후 건조시에도 많은 시간을 소요하게 되며, 우기시에는 차내에 악취가 발생하는 등의 비위생적인 결점이 있었던 것이다.
본고안은 이와같은 종래의 결점을 감안하여 안출된 것으로서, 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부도면 제1도 내지 제2도에 있어서, 1은 고무시트를 발포시킨 후 공지의 압접로울러(도시치 않았음에 의해 다수의 절곡부(2)를 상면에 일정간격으로 압설하여 상부판(3)을 구성하고 이 상부판(3)의 저면에 직포(4)와 고무 시트를 발포시켜 일정두께로켠 발포 고무관(5)을 순차적으로 접착하였으며 그 외연에는 마무리포(6)로 봉착하여서된 매트체이다.
첨부도면 제3도와 제4도는 본고안은 다른 실시예를 나타낸 것으로 다른 부분의구성은 동일하고, 상부판(3) 저면의 직포(4) 직하에는 저면부에 V형 돌기(7)를 격자상으로 돌설하여서된 연성고무판(8)을 부착시켜서된 매트(1)이다.
이와같이 형성된 본고안의 사용효과로는 매트체(1) 상부판(3)의 상면에 다수의 절곡부(2)가 일정간격으로 압절되어 사용시 운전자의 신발 바닥면과 서로 미끄러질 우려가 없고, 매트체(1)외 하부 또한 고무 시트를 발포시켜 일정 두께로 켠 발포고무판 (5)을 접착하거나, 저면부에 V형 돌기(7)를 격자상으로 돌설하여서된 연성고무판(8)을 부착하여, 승용차의 내부바닥면에 밀착되거나, V형돌기(8)에 의해 흡착력이 발생하여 밀릴 염려가 전혀 없어 운전조작시에 안전한 자세로 임할 수 있도록 되었다.
또한 본고안은 발포고무시트로 되어 있어 무게가 가볍고 부드러운 감촉을 더할 수 있으며, 청소시 간편히 물로 세탁하여도 물이 스며들지 않고 꺼내고 넣을 경우에도 쉽게 꺾어지거나 찢어지지 않는 효과 또한 있는 것이다.
상술한 바와같이 본고안은 발포고무시트 상면에 다수의 절곡부(2)를 일정간격으로 압설한 상부판(3)의 저면에 직포(4), 발포고무판(5)을 순차적으로 접착하거나, 상부판(3) 저면의 직포(4) 직하에는 저면에 V형 돌기를 격자상으로 돌설하여 연성고무판 (8)을 부착하여 된 것으로 구조가 간단하여 제작이 용이하고 양산체제가 가능하며 외관 또한 미려하여 차내의 공간을 더욱 우아하고 품위있게 꾸며줄 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 발포된 고무시트 상면에 다수의 절곡부(2)를 일정간격으로 압설하여 매트(1)의 상부판(3)을 구성하고 이 상부판(3)의 저면에는 직포(4), 발포고무판(5)을 순차적으로 접착시켜서된 승용차용 바닥매트.
  2. 제1항에 있허서, 발포고무판은 매트(1)의 상부판(3) 저면의 직포(4) 직하에 연성 고무판(8)을 부착시키되, 연성고무판(8)의 저면에 V형돌기 (7)를 격자상으로 돌설하여서된 매트(1)의 구조.
