제2도는 제1도의 부상식 반송장치에 있어서의 자기(磁氣)지지 유닛의 종단면도.
제3도는 제1도의 부상식 반송장치에 있어서 가이드 레일의 돌출부의 종단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 강자성체로 형성된 가이드레일(1)과, 이 가이드레일을 따라서 자유롭게 주행할 수 있도록 배치된 반송차(2)와 이 반송차에 탑재되어 가이드레일의 아랫면과 틈새를 사이에 두고 대항하는 전자석을 구비한 적어도 한 개의 자기지지 유닛(12a)과, 전자석의 여자전류를 제어해서 자기 지지유닛이 발생시키는 자력선속이 통과하는 자기회로를 안정화시키는 제어장치를 구비한 부상식 반송장치에 있어서, 반송차가 정지위치에 위치할 때에 자기 지지유닛과 대향하는 가이드레일의 부분에 강자성체로 된 돌출부(35a)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 부상식 반송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 돌출부(35a)는 가이드레일의 아랫면을 형성하는 강자성체와 한몸으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부상식 반송장치.
